Benedetto's Florist & Wedding

We live in Tennessee. My mom lives in Enfield. I had spoken to my wife briefly this week about getting my mom flowers for mothers' day. Well my wife left to visit our oldest child in Western Georgia. I have been working and preparing for my TN EMT Certification testing. Both of us just a bit frazzled, we sort of slipped up. I thought she was doing it, she thought I was. At 320pm EST on SATURDAY the day before mothers' day, we discovered no one had set up the flower delivery. I immediately went to the web, found a local store , Bendetto's (eliminated FTD and other middle men), and spoke with Ben. They were almost closed. Yet, he promised a delivery. He mentioned a nice set up in a porcelain pitcher for a great price that he had in the cooler. Well just an hour ago ( at appx 5pm est) my mom called and was just gushing about how beatiful the arrangement was!!! This made her last mothers' day in the old house special. She has been forced to consider other living arrangements due to health. Ben you saved me from a very embarrassing moment and thank you for the service and making mom smile. I'll recommend you to all my local friends in Enfield and the surrounding area. Thank you!!!

My husband and I live in NC, but his family is still in Enfield. We have used Benedetto's for years to have flowers delivered for special occasions. The arrangements have always been of the utmost quality. My mother in law will call to thank me and describes the arrangement to me. She also lets me know how long they last. I know that I can call them anytime and order something and don't have to worry about the quality or freshness of the flowers.T. Ragno, NC

Unlike all the stellar reviews above, I'm sorry to say I was sadly disappointed in a bereavement arrangement I ordered. I was quite specific about what I did and did not want, including a rose color they said they did not have on hand. I then clearly stated to not include any roses as I did NOT want another color substituted.
I also described that I wanted deep ,vibrant, seasonal fall colors, yet something not too totally traditional. Instead, I was shocked to find the wrong color rose, mixed with pinks and purples in such a mundane and non-descript arrangement, it looked like something typical from a hospital gift shop.
I even had to ask the funeral home director if it had been delivered as I couldn't see anything there remotely resembling what I asked for. I know I was working with a specified budget, but I truly expected to find something more in the likeness of what I ordered. Even on a "small" budget I felt they could have created a bold, more minimalist,striking and artistic presentation. It seems like they didn't listen or care at all, even though I told them I would be looking forward to seeing it when I attended the services.

My father recently passed away, and I turned to Benedetto's for the floral arrangements. We were so specially blessed by the lovingly arranged pieces that were suggested. Everything was taken care of for us, the roses were bursting out from everywhere, and everything was done with a deep reverence, which we cannot thank them enough for. Everything was top quality, even though our requests came at the last minute on the weekend. And on the one week anniversary of my dad's passing, they even sent the white Holy Spirit dove I wanted, which is my sign that Dad is in heaven. Benedettos has beautiful, fresh flowers every time I visit. They always have a nice selection of flowers and lots of nice gifts to accompany your flower purchase. When I had my son, my husband had an arrangement done up with a teddy bear that said "Mom" on it. They always seem to have just the right thing for that special occasion. This is a family owned business and the people who own it are top rate - very professional and so nice.

I ordered some gerbera daisies from Benedetto's for a wedding cake I was making. The flowers were gorgeous, and the price was great. The service was excellent and they were especially helpful at assisting me in choosing the right flowers. Great local source for flowers, I would highly recommend Bendetto's.
