Just a little place tucked away on East Main in Waterbury. Rose & her girls are excellent at cuts, colors, and curls. They easily work with all ages and hair types. My mother-in-law looks absolutely stunning when she is finished with her appointment. Great cuts with style at a very reasonable price. I love giving Rose a suggestion and then letting her run with it. Friendly place. If you're looking to change, this is the place to go.
