Baja's Mexican Restaurant

Great salsa bar, nice staff and the best Mexican food you're likely to find in Connecticut. Absurd portion sizes... don't order like you're at Taco Bell!

Note that they're closed for a few weeks every January while they go on vacation to Baja, Mexico.

Baja's is one of the best around--a great variety of Mexican food prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The salsa bar gives everyone a chance to individualize each his own meal; I'm very partial to the pico de gallo, made with fresh cilantro--yummy!! I have my favorites on the menu, the things I crave, so it's hard not to order the same things every time, but whenever I have ventured into new territory, I have never been disappointed. El orgullo de Orange!!!!

Definately one of the best places around for Mexican food. The salsa bar is AMAZING and I love their guacomole. The portions are huge but you will want to eat every bite. Whether or not you actually can is another question altogether. The nachos and the chimichangas are a must.
