I Aciually had A good experience with a salesman named Chris. He was very polite and truly a nice guy. My only disappoinment is the Car Fax report
was altered from the original. It stated car had 1 owner only and that is not true. I pulled my own report and there were 2 owners and a was also a discrepancy on the car milage. It is also suspicious
that even after I requested the report and viewed it....
It was not included with all my final paperwork??
Always print your own fax report 1st!!

Purchased a car this week and it looks like they pulled the old Bait and Switch plus the associate that sold me the car no longer works for the company. I am meeting with the Sales Manager today to get the car I was supposed to....depending on the outcome my review will be either great or I will be on every web site letting everyone know how my experience was. I work in customer service so I know that 1 bad experience can destroy a company's rep. and people will tell everyone they know (or don't know) how bad the experience was and a good experience on average can bring the company at least 5 new customers. If I don't get what I was supposed to then I will continue to go up the ladder until someone decides to do what's right for the customer.

The ones with the positive reviews of this place are clearly employees or owners who are trying to sway the votes.

In general, the salespeople can't be bothered. I have gone several times with my mom and got ignored by most of the staff. When we proactively asked for help, we got shuffled off to someone else.

When I did buy a car there a few years ago, I was told I would get free car washes with service. Besides having to wait 2.5 hours for a simple oil change each time, I would never get the free car wash because no one was available to do it. If I wanted the car wash, I would have to wait another few hours. Thanks, but no thanks.

I went in this morning to buy another car and was given the "good cop, bad cop" treatment. I wasn't told the full extent of the "lifetime miles, lifetime warrant" and was upset to find out last minute it would be null if I didn't get my car exclusively serviced there. The manager had a bad attitude and basically told me I should leave because he had the best price in town.

Seriously, the worst.
