My experience at Bond Dinettes was interesting. I placed my order in the beginning of March 2010 and was told 8-12 weeks. 12 weeks came and went and i heard nothing, so i called. A call or two went unanswered, but were eventually returned. It was about the middle of July when i received notice that my table was in, but the chairs were still not. After a few follow up calls i heard back, but got the news that their store had to move and that i should come get my table at their new location. Perhaps i waited too long, but when i arrived my table was MIA. At this point i feared the worst. I saw my $900 deposit going away and me getting the shaft. I was, however, pleasantly surprised when Steve, the owner, profusely apologized, and offered me anything in his warehouse at a steeply discounted price. I picked what i wanted and am now home happier with my new table than i think i would have been with the one i ordered. I cant say enough about the stand up way i was treated, and even though i didnt get what i originally ordered i am a satisfied customer. Financial troubles have affected a great deal of the businesses in this country today, and even though Bond Dinette has seen a great deal of hardship, i feel as though Steve has done everything he can to keep his customers happy. I recommend going to their new location and checking out the deals he is offering, I will be! Thanks Steve!!!

I purchased bar stools in mid October, but now 8 months later I do not have them. They have not returned most of my calls, and when I do get a response it is vague. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT SHOP AT BOND DINETTES!!!!!

I have to write and say that I am having the same problems as a bunch of other customers concerning this business. I purchased a table and six bar stools on March 27, 2010. As I was checking out and leaving a deposit of $450 they sprung it on me that it would be 2 - 8 weeks for delivery. I was not thrilled and probably would have looked elsewhere if I had been told this upfront. After a couple of weeks I called to check the order status and was told it would be at least 8 weeks as "they were being made and they needed to wait for a full truck to CT before they shipped." Three more weeks went by and I again called to find out when the truck would be here, again I was given a line of excuses. I told the girl that I expected her to call the company to find out this information and call me back. Never heard a word from anyone. The 8 weeks went by and I tried calling three more times but as said the phone system puts you directly to a voice mail. There is not a way to talk to a real person and you don't get a response back from anyone. I finally called my VISA company (Bank Of America) and disputed the charge. I had to have them go after Bond Dinettes to retrieve my money. They are by far the worst store I have ever done business with. They have quite the scam going, not providing the merchandise they sell and floating on other peoples money. They should be fined and put out of business for their deceptive practices! Shop anywhere but there!

The owner is very sweet and kind and the furniture is great quality. I love my new parsons chair which I got off the floor and took home with me that day. As per the other disgusting, vulgar reviews listed here, I can only say that I hope I never have the misfortune of crossing paths with any of these bitter, disgruntled, vicious people. The owner, Stephen Pawlak, is extremely sweet and kind and showed nothing but the utmost class and integrity when dealing with me.

I would GLADLY order from Bond Dinettes anytime!

Awesome
After placing our order with a 50% deposit, we were worried after we saw a news story about complaints
Our experience was that they delivered exactly as promised
We talked to them, they talked to us and it was fine
I reccommend them highly

Ugh! As I read the reviews I feel sick to my stomach. My situation is like a carbon copy of so many others. I'm shocked this business stays in service. I'm all for giving credit and positive feedback when it's due and rarely write negative reviews but I can't be silent about this company. We ordered stools on 7/2/09 and were told 8-10 weeks. After months of numberous phone calls and visits to the store for a status and no response or lame excuses the stools were ready on 11/28/09 (almost 5 months later!). Upon delivery I noticed that they were the wrong color and height and all they can say is that I signed a no refund policy on this special order that they (Steve the owner and Angela) helped me with. I'm livid and out of my $380 deposit.

I purchased bar stools on 10/31/09. paid $300.00 deposit. Today is March 1, 2010 and I haven't received my merchandise. I went into the store on Saturday 02/27 and spoke to the owner. He was RUDEand NASTY and would not give me a delivery date. Said I would have to wait for the truck to have a full load before it could come down from Canada. His office staff, a girl name Angie, told me she would call the company on Wednesday, 03/03 and get back to me with a delivery date. After reading all the reviews I doubt very much if I will get my bar stools anytime soon. I have never had such an awful experience buying furniture. I will be going to the BBB and will be notifying Richard Blumenthal, State of Connecticut Attorney General. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM BOND FURNITURE STORE. The owner is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE person and has no regards for anyone but himself. WHAT HE IS DOING IS STEALING EVERYONE'S MONEY AND HE COULD CARE LESS IF YOU EVER GET YOUR FURNITURE.

These people have NO idea of what customer service means. We ordered stools in October 2009 and they told us they would be in after the new year. We weren't thrilled with that but they appeared to be nice stools and the colors were perfect. In January we began calling to find the status of our order... they didn't return calls. When we could finally talk with a person they gave lame excuses regarding the delay. We asked to talk with the factory representative but they refused to give us the name of the company. We asked for a representative from the manufacturer to call us and they said they would but they never did. We asked to talk to a manager but they were never available and would never return calls. We finally went back to our credit card company and disputed the charge. Hooray for using credit cards. We would be screwed if we had written a check. Don't shop there. I wish I had read the blogs - we would have never placed the order. I have even told people in the store not to buy from them.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. We ordered 4 counter stools in early November 2009 and it's now January 2010, 12 weeks later, no stools, no date on when they'll arrive.

The customer service woman who helped me was clueless and condescending. I asked to talk to a manager, she gave me a name and said that someone would call me back. No one ever did.

We just bought a new house and needed to buy a lot of new furniture. We ordered custom furniture right around the same time from Puritan, Ethan Allen, Restoration Hardware and Bob's. All of them gave us 6 - 8 weeks. That's standard for custom furniture. But we've received ALL of our deliveries except for the stools from Bond Dinettes.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!! I check the BBB for contractors doing work in your home, but didn't think to check for a furniture store!

The scam they are running is using all of our 50% deposits to run their business and not delivering our goods. And they are waiting for full truck loads before shipping because they're to cheap to ship less than truck loads even though their mark-ups on their goods can pay for it!

If anyone is reading this before shopping - DO NOT MAKE YOUR PURCHASES AT BOND DINETTES. AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT OR ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

I am in the process of talking with my attorney to see if a class action lawsuit can be filed against them.

Awful ??DON??T SHOP HERE. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR.

I ordered 6 stools and gave a $579 deposit and was told they would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. This was in June 2009. It is now Jan 2010 and I have yet to see my stools. I am repeatedly told that the truck will not deliver them until it is full. I am told I cannot cancel my order and that they will call back with a delivery date, which they never do. I am now forced to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!

How can this place stay in business?? I've had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered $4k worth of bar stools, tables, chairs, cabinets in Sep with 8-10 week delivery promised but never arrived. The only way to get to speak with someone is to go in person but when you live 45 minutes away and work full time, that leaves only the weekend to go. Owner tells you the factory is closed on weekend and they will follow up on Monday. Of course that never happens. While I was in the store on this visit, I walked around to everyone that was looking around the stoor and told them NOT to buy anything there because they will never get their furniture delivered. The owner didn't like this and tried to get me out of the store but I hung around and made sure EVERYONE who walked in got my advice. I have filed a claim with my credit card company who was very sympathetic and issued me a temporary credit with full refund due in 30 days (next week, finally) if the store doesn't supply me with a satisfactory response to my complaint. I have since done more searching for the exact same furniture (thank you Bond for at least providing me with a receipt that had make and model numbers) and have found EVERY piece available online with FREE shipping, NO sales tax, and delivery estimated in DAYS not weeks. In the end I will save money by ordering elsewhere. Again, how does Bond stay in business????????

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have had the same experience as many of the other raters. I ordered six chairs in July, thinking I was in plenty of time to have the chairs by the holidays. Well, it is December 30 and I still do not have the chairs. Believe it or not, even though the chairs arrived at the store this week (at least this is what they tell me), they won't deliver them until they have a full enough truck, even though I have been waiting for six months!!!! Meanwhile they have been holding my deposit this entire time of course. As far as I can tell the only way to get to speak to the manager would be to go to the store in person, because they have a completely impenetrable phone system that is designed to protect them from customers they do not wish to speak to. And, they say they have free delivery, but I just learned today that in reality they demand a hefty "fuel surcharge." They are just awful. I gave them one star but if it were possible to give no stars that would be my rating.

I agree completely with the reviewer below. My experience is almost exactly them same. Ordered a table with 8-12 week delivery time frame. Started calling around 8 weeks to check on it, and no one answered a phone there for an entire week. Finally got a call back during the second week, and they had no info. The pattern has continued as I now approach 14 weeks without my table. It's usually 7-10 days and 15-20 messages before I can get a call back. Requests for loaner table, requests to speak to the owner, and requests for money back all denied. Finally had time to go down to the store yesterday, and met with the owner (Steve), a rude, nasty man who would not apologize or even acknowledge how poor their customer service is. Wouldn't even go look up my order for me because there were, "customers in store that needed attention." What about me and the fact that he has been holding my $800 deposit for over three months? I got nothing. Called my credit card today to have them revoke the charge. Will file a complaint with BBB as well. It's a shame, because we were expecting a really nice table
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SHOP AT BOND DINETTES!

If you've ever tried calling, you know it's impossible to reach anyone. The "accounting office" never calls back. I finally had someone named April call me. She tried to do her best, but the guy that works there (older man with very bad attitude and poor customer service skills) told me I wasn't buying from "Bob's" and that it would take time. I believe an order from mid-August that should have taken 8-10 weeks should be ready by now (mid-December). Still no table. I wish I had read these reviews first!!! They gave me a loaner table base a couple of days before Thanksgiving. My table base (yes, just a table base!) is somewhere in Canada waiting for the truck to fill up before they ship it to Connecticut. I paid for my order upfront and thank heavens it wasn't as much as what some people have paid. I am contacting the BBB and the State Attorney General's Office. This is ridiculous. I am only giving one star because it won't let me give NO stars!

Pros: UNDER INVESTIGATION

.

I ordered a custome dining room set in mid-July and was verbally told by the condesending owner that it would take approx. 6-8 weeks. They explained that it was being fabricated in Canada and that they wait for a full truck to deliver. Fine. When I looked at my receipt later - he had written down "8-10 weeks?" but I was not told that...It is now 16 WEEKS and I have to call them everyday for the status and keep getting told that they "HAVE NO IDEA"...so now my Holiday gatherings have been ruined and I cannot get a refund on my deposit because it is a custom made item. Terrible, Terrible business.

.

It's all too clear now after reading all of these reviews. I ordered 4 breakfast bar stools from Bond 19 weeks ago. They were promised 8 to 10 weeks after order, which had I known before they ran my credit card I probably would have gone somewhere else from the beginning. At 12 weeks I started calling and received the same excuses that each of you received. Now I can't even get through to customer service. I am embarrassed to admit that I allowed myself to be duped in such a way. I too will be contacting the BBB for what it's worth. It appears that it has had no impact in protecting other unwary customers from falling victim to these crooks. I only hope I can get my 50% deposit back. Word of mouth can be a company's best marketing tool or their demise. Let's hope all these reviews will serve as the
latter.

Let's hope all these reviews will serve as the
latter.

Terrible Terrible Terrible....I've been dealing with these morons for the past year and I still have yet to ge the table that I ordered. Their customer service is terrible, I honestly do not know how they stay in business...I've tried to reason with these people and it's gotten to the point where I am getting the BBB and the Dept. of Consumer Protection involved. They have a million excuses as to WHY i haven't recieved my table yet and they keep dodging the idea of issuing me a full refund for the price I paid...I wouldn't reccomend this crappy store to my worst enemy. nothing but problems.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE...YOU WILL SAVE YOUR SELF UNNECESSARY STRESS, FRUSTRATION AND GRIEF.

Heed all the warnings here! The Courant did an article on them in January too; BBB rating of an F. I really wish I had read the Courant article, so I could have avoid our 19 week nightmare to get our island. And 19 weeks to learn that our stools will likely never arrive. Never, never, never again!!!

I purchased a kitchen table and stools in June 2009. The gentleman told me it would take 2 to three weeks. After waiting one month, I returned to the store and inquired about the status. The owner first told me they are waiting on the stools and wouldn't be able to call the manufacturer until the following Monday as they aren't open on weekends. He also gave me the choice to find something else in the showroom. I went with my wife and looked around and found 4 similar stools. We asked the owner if he had the stools in the local warehouse and we were willing to take the floor model since it was still in mint condition. After checking with the local warehouse, we were able to leave the store with out table and pick up the stools at the warehouse. All in all a very satisfactory experience. As for tips, be flexible.

I ordered 4 stools on 2/1/09 and was told they'd be ready in 4-6 weeks. It is now 2 weeks shy of 6 months and I don't have them. They told me the manufacturer completed them at the end of March but had to wait till he got a full truck load to ship them to Newington. I called a couple of times and kept getting the same story. I contacted the BBB and Bond didn't even respond to them. It wasn't until I got in touch with my credit card company to get a refund (which they did even though it was several months after I paid the bill...thank you Chase) that the BBB finally heard from them. They told the BBB they didn't get the first couple of correspondences from the BBB, like we believe that. They told the BBB that they're making daily phone calls to the manufacturer on my behalf and every time I talk to someone in customer service I'm told they expect delivery any day now. A few weeks ago they told me they'd give me 4 loaners. I told them my credit card was credited and that they no longer had money from me but they said they knew and it was OK. I got 4 loaners that afternoon (wooden, round seats with 4 legs, not in good shape and nothing close to what I ordered.) Two days ago I got a call from Chase telling me that Bond contacted them to charge my account again since they offered me loaners and I took them (bad mistake on my part) so it's showing good faith on their part and my account should be charged the $1400 again. I called Bond and left them a message to come back the next time they're in the Springfield area and take back the loaners. I never heard back from them and still have the loaners. I've also given them until 8/1 to have them in the warehouse with delivery to me within the week or I'm refusing to accept them. I already have a lawyer set to take the case if need be. I agree with the majority of the customers writing reviews. Bond Dinettes is a shady company at best and deserves to be shut down by the State of Connecticut. As for the one reviewer who said the problem lies with the manufacturer and not Bond...that's not true. I also have worked retail and my husband was management for both Sears and J. C. Penney. I know the customer comes first and a reputable company would do whatever it took to make the customer happy. Bond isn't doing that. If the manufacturer is the problem, then find another one. I know there are plenty of good ones out there that would love the business, given the current economy.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, and dishonest. They delivered our island DECEMBER 8, 2008 WITH A DENT, fairly large and obvious on the front side. Stupidly I paid by check. Before the delivery guys could even place it on the floor I saw the damage, told them to not leave it, take it back. Got talked out of not accepting the order by the delivery guys and by Bond's office staff: "...our policy . . .you have something to use until the replacement comes" etc. Guess what? Today is JULY 15, 2009, NO REPLACEMENT. Just got back from giving them a personal visit in the store, (again) since they rarely return calls. Stephen Pawlak rolled his eyes when I voiced my unhappiness, he talked over me, raised his voice. His employee told me I "need to be patient"!!!! They asked me yesterday to submit pictures of the damage (again), since they misplaced the pictures taken at delivery, AND the ones I gave them in person April 4. Today they denied they told me the island would be replaced! They are considering replacing the damaged sections (one drawer developed a long, deep crack approx 6 weeks after I had it, and the dent in one of the corners which supports the table top to the unit's base), BUT AGAIN, I HAVE BEEN IGNORED SINCE DELIVERY IN DECEMBER, or given bits of info to shut me up for a few more weeks at a time. Better Business Bureau has interesting info as well. Think they are about to go out of business, how do you collect what you are owed when they shut down the business?

Can anyone help?

I ordered a dinette set May 3, and it still has not arrived, I have emailed twice with no response and once I left a phone message and they never called me back. I made another call and finally got a person who said they checked on the order and that it was not in yet but never offered to make a call and find out the expected arrival. In today's economic climate the only difference in any company is customer service. I ordered a bedroom set from a company called Beautiful Rooms and it was delivered in 3 weeks and they were over $1,000 less than anyone else. I will only buy from them in the future. Unfortunately I found Beautiful Rooms after I place the order with Bond Dinettes. Bond is a horrible company to deal with.

Pros: NONE

Cons: ALL LIES

.

Bond Dinettes has the largest selection of furniture, HONEST staff, and the LOWEST prices. I have bought both an indoor dining and an outdoor dining set over the past 6 years and have had no problems with either or the customer service. Having worked in retail myself...I cannot believe the comments I am reading on this site. First of all...If your furniture is late it is not the fault of the store. They are the middle man . the Factories are to BLAME!!!. They tell you what they are told by the factory and no matter how late the factory producesyour furniture, the transaction must be completed and the store looks like the liar. Like many of us, factories are hurting as well. Unfortunately, the only ones to blame for our economic status is OURSELVES!!!!!!. Don't take your anger out on small businesses, especially the ones that keep YOUR COMMUNITY GOING!!! .As far as the bitter employee...shame on you ...I wouldn't want you as my employee. My mother always said, EVERY STORY HAS TWO SIDES and IF THEY BACK STAB YOU, THEY WILL BACK STAB ME!!!. I have also noticed that this is not the only store you have done that to!!!!!

What a jewel of a shopping experience I enjoyed at Bonds. With a kitchen table falling apart, it was time to invest in a solid furniture set. After visiting several other stores, I visited Bonds. The owner spent two days explaining the differences between the various designs, colors and functional needs of the set, as well as the overall complement to the rest of the room. I had a unique challenge of matching the set to aging cabinets, a hardwood floor as well as an open kitchen design that leads into a family room. His guidance and recommendations framed a masterpiece. We customized certain pieces, which would add some design and production time. Having read a newspaper lately, I completely understood his explanation of the production process and potential delays could arise-- the same thing is happening in every industry with so much overseas production and the gasoline price hikes (how suddenly you all forgot!!). So when my furniture was delayed a few weeks unexpectedly, Bonds was quick to call. But it was worth the wait. A second Bond check-in confirmed that ships arriving from the overseas experienced delays reaching the manufacturers. The delays cleared, and with precision delivery, Bonds team delivered the set on time, promptly and courteously. The wood color, set construction -- even the green accents --matched perfectly. Watching my family sit around this set made every minute worth the wait. It rankles me to read the slander on these other posts of such a good company. I notice that their delivery cycles coincided with the spiraling gas increases and trucking industry slowdowns. I only wish they would brush up on the interdependence of economic trends on retail and realize that our changing world economy spells more instability in retail production, inventory, delivery and production cycles. Perhaps they can join us for a cup of coffee at my beautiful kitchen set for a lesson in retail management -- as well as common courtesy etiquette. This trash post talking is a blight on our American soul -- and not worth its weight in the hot air consumed to create. Shame on you for your ignorance and for so distastefully slandering an American based company. Proud to be a Bond customer, and supporter of a Connecticut based business!

I purchased four custom stools from Bond and I too experienced a longer wait time than expected. Although I was extremely anxious and would have liked the whole process to be quicker it was well worth the wait. I receive nothing but compliments on them! My stools came out beautiful and match my kitchen / dining area perfect. I was able to choose my metal finish and even the fabric-and what an incredible selection to choose from. In todays economy I can understand things taking longer than they are supposed to and will continue to support our local businesses in their struggle to pull through this rutt.

Ordered table set in Oct was told 4-6 weeks went back in late Dec and was told the furniture comes in when it comes in. I asked there's no way of tracking when the order is to be shipped ect no one could tell me anything as a consumer that's unacceptable. No one returns calls to inform the customer like its a bother once they make the sale. Office people are rude to include the owners, in this economy shop somewhere else. Had the salesman been honest and mentioned the actual time frame which was 12 weeks plus I would have shopped somewhere else. When I complained to one of the owners about their service and delivery I was told that they didn't have to deliver my order if I didn't like the service even after I had paid for it. Wow I hope they go out of business!

I worked for Bond Dinettes and I can agree with the customers. Stephen P. , the older owner of the two gives the worse customer service ever! The prices aren't the lowest and I have caught them in their own lies. I was told once by Steve, the younger of the two owners to look around for competitors with better prices. When Stephen saw I was lowing the prices, he yelled at me! He told me that unless the customer mentions a lower price, never to tell them there is a lower price. He would yell at customers in front of other customers as well as yell at employees for mistakes he committed himself! The service is horrible and half the time what they delivery are items that were on the showroom that had scraps that Stephen would cover with furniture polish in the back. He was a furniture maker by trade and he knows how to make customers think things are new. The 50 year rep is not his! The 50 years of good service belongs to the original owner that he bought the store from. Their definition of free delivery is charging a gas surcharge. The majority of the happy customers that go in there are happy because of a set they purchased under the old management and when they see how things have changed, their mind changes too.

Cons: Horrible customer service

.

I have bought several things here over the past few years because they do have a very large selection and will do things custom for you. The prices aren't great though and I actually wonder about the quality as we bought 6 chairs/stools there and over 3 years time, 4 of them developed holes.

I do have to agree that this is some of the rudest staff and worst customer service around. I had the same type of problems everyone else seems to complain about that they take your money and then YOU have to hound THEM to find out when the merchandise comes in. Then they make you drive yourself over to the warehouse to pick it up. When our table arrived without some of the hardware, they were VERY reluctant to track it down for us.

It's ironic that Stephen P, the owner of Bond Dinettes, posted the 5-star review of his store on Nov 11, the very day I attempted to speak with him in his store and he VERY RUDELY waved me off & walked away. Stephen's claim that they do everything within their ability to satisfy customers is an outright lie; he makes it blatantly obvious that he doesn't want to be bothered by unhappy customers, even when we have good reason to be unsatisfied with their pitiful service. I ordered a stool that was supposed to arrive in 2-6 wks, paying in full up front. I got it today after 3 mos and only because I called again to ask about my order. They lied & said they called last week to tell me it was in but I have Caller ID. The WORST customer service experience in my life.

I ordered a dinette table, 6 chairs and three stools on July 13, 2008. I paid IN FULL and was told I'd receive my purchase in 6 to 8 weeks. It is now October 23rd and I STILL have not received my items!!!! Every week I call to check on the status to find a rude customer service representative telling me that I have to "be patient". I just called today to find out that my chairs MAY be delivered next week, but there is no telling when the rest of my order will be delivered.

These people stop being nice to you once the purchase is made and they never return calls. Its to bad for them because I have a few more homes that need to be furnished!

I ordered a dinette set with 6 chairs and 2 bar stools. I paid in full and was told my delivery would be at my home in 6-8 weeks. That was on July 13th 2008. It is now October 23rd and I still have not received my items.

I call nearly every week to find a rude woman telling me to "be patient". Every week they say I will have my delivery "next week", which is what I was told again today.

Today I was told my chairs MAY be here next week but they have no idea when the rest of the order will arrive.

Pros: large selection

Cons: no customer service, rude workers, high prices

I ordered 3 counter stools, placed a required hefty deposit, and was told they would be available in 6-8 weeks - item was "custom made". By week 8, I had called the store for an order status and was advised the order had shipped. A week went by and I called again for an order status, only to learn that the chairs never shipped, but would be shipped the following week. This occurred on three separate occasions. During each call I was asked the same questions - my name, how to spell it, and when did I place the order. I was chastised by the manager for questioning the false info his customer service was providing and argued that he has no control of either the factory taking the order or the delivery schedule. He made it very clear to me that once the sale was made, the customer service ended. I took 14 weeks from initial order/deposit, until the items were delivered to Bond's CT warehouse (no where near the store), where I had to pick them up, and Bond wanted payment in full, without any inspection, before I could do that. If you have no other resources to purchase dining furniture, and you need to purchase from Bond Dinette, don't order anything Custom" and remember it's "Buyer Beware".

I made the mistake of giving them $444.00 (half) for a deposit and it has been 12 weeks and I still do not have the stools. They do not return phone calls and they refuse to give me back my deposit. I told them that I would be happy to pay them when the stools arrive.
I would never do business with them again.

We ordered two counter stools on Sept 1, 2007. We were told that we would receive the stools in 4-7 weeks. I've had to call customer service at least four times (they do not return phone calls) to find out the status of the stools. I was told they would be delivered 22 Oct. Now, I've been told (I called customer svc again, they said they would call back but didn't) that the delivery will be Oct 29. When I asked why they said because they were being costumed built. All we are having done are seat cushions. I can go online and get the chairs delivered in two days. When I asked to speak to the office manager she was no help either; all she said was "these are custom made" (I guess that means that they haven't even started on them). I cancelled the order & said I would dispute the charges because Bond did not deliver. I would not recommend them. Customer service is awful.

If you are looking for durable and not very fancy dining furniture this is the place to go. The showroom is not artistic in any form, it has a warehouse feel to it although it is fairly bright. There are row after row of dining furniture. This is a place to buy the everyday, common, sturdy and plan furniture needed by a family with children. The staff is pleasant and the delivery people were efficient.
