Kennedy's Plumbing & Heating

I thank the Lord Jesus for Mr. Kennedy and his men. They came in and fixed a job that was left in shambles by an unnamed, irresponsible, unlicensed contractor who took my deposit money, started the job and disappeared. I had a hole in my house for 2 weeks while I waited for this contractor for nothing! Kennedy came in, fixed and finished the job AND even helped me track down the other contractor. He saved my tail to say the least; and has earned a fan and a customer for life.

I was impressed by this company. Their workers came into my house with covers over their boots to keep my house clean. They were also very nice, adn answered all of the questions I had. They even helped and gave me advice to how I could lower my electric bill. Their performance was exceptional.

Pros: well trained workers

they installed a new furnace for me. $4800.00 was the cost, but after rebates, I only paid $3300.00. I thank them because I had no idea about gov't rebates and would have spent $1500 more. Work done good, only in 1day with 1visit.

Pros: saved me a lot of money, good work done fast

Thats all there is to it. They did a good job quickly. Maybe a little expensive, but time is money I guess. A+ overall.

I chose this company to perform my kitchen/bathroom remodel after seeing some of their previous work. I would like to publicly say that I am 110% satisfied! Everything was done to the ""t"". They were done in less than a week and left my house and yard cleaner than when they came. They made the money and time I invested very well spent. \r

I had never had to call a plumber before. I used to just call my super and forget about it. Now that I own my own home it's a lot more stressful but Kennedy's made it easy for me.\r

They fixed my leak before it could cause any significant damage, and before anyone else could even come out to my house.

My furnace died Xmas day! No other contractor could get to me for at least 3 days. Was I supposed to sit without heat for 3 days?? They installed a new furnace within one day of calling them. They saved me from 3 days of shivering. Thank you guys!

DO NOT!!! USE this company!! They have no clue what they are doing over there!! I have been given a quote for 3500 and told our companys whole unit needed to be replaced. Then I was quoted $600-$800. They quote just keeps changing! I called to obtain an invoice of exactly what their quote was and what it entailed and was told by the receptionist she was up to her ears in work and couldnt get one out till next week. Dont even bother complaining to the owner. Mr. Kennedy is just as bad as his employees!! I was told the $79.00 fee would be waived if we used their services! Which we did and the fee wasnt waived!! This company is a joke and a big waste of your time and money!!!!

Pros: the only pro about them was the installer who came was pleasant and very nice! He did a great job!!

Cons: The owner and all the employees are a joke!! Company is a big scam!!!

I gave this company over $3,000 worth of business and i'm very dissapointed.
