Great experience, We had three doors installed at our home in Greenwich and could not be happier. The installer was neat and an artiest at his trade.

I didn't use them but I would advise you to read their estimate very carefully. For a bathroom I had redone a few months ago my contractor referred me to a glass service he deals with. The cost seemed high so a friend recommend MSD. Their cost was much less & did make me wonder how it could be so much cheaper (?) so I called in a 3rd company to estimate and the cost was more in par with the 1st price I received. MSDs price seemed "too good to be true" so to verify I called MSD to make sure I was getting the same product the others companies priced and they said, "yes"- I was given a long speech as to why they were so much less. I called the other 2 companies back who both thoroughly explained what their product was and BOTH explained that wasn't what MSD was pricing at all. The difference was MSD was using an aluminum made hardware and both of the other companies were using brass made hardware. I asked both companies to price with a similar hardware as MSD and both said they didn't recommend using aluminum made hardware and wouldn't price that way. When I asked MSD to price with the comparable hardware his price was MUCH higher than both! I was totally confused at this point so I called an architect friend to explain unbiasedly and he said aluminum was 'less structural' and if it were his home he would only use brass made fittings for a frame-less shower door. I don't know how much this matters to any of you? But to me I felt like I wasn't getting an equal product although I was being led to believe I was getting the "same thing" and using a lesser grade hardware with glass left a bad impression and pointed me to take another route.

We had our bath renovated recently. Our plumber recommended we call Mr Shower Door in Eastchester, NY for the shower enclosure. The sales rep was on time , went thru all possible configurations and explained all options available. He then suggested for my wife and I to visit the Eastchester showroom. We were impressed. More of the same solid service. The installation went smoothly putting a nice finishing touch on our master bath. I would recommend this company. Henry B Larchmont, NY

Had frameless shower door done by Mr. Shower Door based out of CT 6 weeks ago. Had initial problems with some leaking, but they were responsive and came out to fix the problem which was solved after a couple of trips. Overall nice workmanship and I would recommend them to others.

Recently had our master bath remodeled. Our contractor recommended we go to Mr. Showerdoors new showroom in Stratford Ct. It was very nice. Also got a look at there onsite mfg facility. Nice to deal with a local company. There products are top quality. You won't find lumber yard flimsy enclosures here. Door was installed on time. I think the difference with this company are the installers. they are top shelf. would definitely use again.

We recently did 2 complete bathroom renovations... our master and main bathrooms. We visited the MSD showroom and selected 2 enclosures; one for a shower and one for a bathtub. A technician came out to measure the spaces for both. We were given a proposal with the pricing and an approximate delivery/installation time. The enclosures were both installed when promised and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He even gave us tips on cleaning and maintenance. We absolutely LOVE the results!! We frequently entertain and have received a ton of compliments from family and friends on these enclosures. As a result, we have actually referred some people to MSD and they have been just as pleased as we were. The quality and craftsmanship are amazing! We really did our homework before beginning this renovation project and we looked at 3 different shower enclosure dealers. I am so glad that we went with MSD and I would highly recommend them! Their selection is huge and caters to all budgets. We found their customer service to be superior and incredibly attentive. Thanks Mr. Shower Door for helping us create the bathrooms of our dreams!

The two other reviews posted here have involved historys and customer issues as well that are not fairly representing a hard working and dedicated service business.Any business that does large volume will encounter vicious folks who will find fault and exagerate it if the can.For the two complaints posted 90,000 others done over the last 25 years by the Mr Shower Door group,,were very pleased .

I went to the showroom-it was nice. I made the appt for the salesman John G to come measure, he was on time. the price he told me that it wold be and the quote were 2 different things (off by $600). I left him 3 voice mails to discuss-no return call. he indicated I would receive an email quote the next day-4 days go by with nothing-so i call the store, got a woman named Oana and told me she changed my phone number. Today I find out that they never did-no wonder no one can contact me! I have called and left 4 messages at the main norwalk office and nooooo one got back to me on the timeline. Toady I left a message for Sue at 8am and at 11:30 when she did not call me back yet, I called Norwalk (again). Another woman who barely understood me told me to call Stratford (side note: am I the customer? should i really need to chase them?). I call Stratford and a man answers, then sets the phone down for 3 minutes and finally places Sue on the phone. Sue tells me that my glass is back ordered yet she know no new ETA. I rehash my story with her, she is the 1st person there that seems like they might even care. I am supposed to get a phone call back today. So this is week 4-no door-no one PROACTIVELY called me to say they were running over, and Sue didn't have my new number. to make matters worse, the salesman told me that the owner lives one block from me in New Canaan-he should be embarrassed of the lack of customer service!

I needed to get a shower enclosure (glass) for a remodel. I went to Mr. Shower Door and at first things were good. They came right out to do a measurement. My husband and I went to the showroom and placed an order, and ordered a special handle. The salesman told us he had mistakenly put a lower price on it, but since it was his mistake, he would honor it. So, delivery is supposed to be 4 weeks later. Two weeks after we place the order, they call and say they need to remeasure. I had to leave work early to get there. Then finally I call after 5 weeks and surprisingly "It just came in." I set up a day for them to come out, (a vacation day for me) and they show up. After 3 hours they tell me, it doesn't fit and has to be reordered! I call up and had a devil of a time getting the manager to call me back. I wanted compensation since I then would have to take another vacation day and had to fight with him to do so. So, they come out install and it's the wrong handle, which after many debates on the phone, they would not budge, because "their salesperson" wouldn't lie. like I would. I would not recommend.
