Bought a used dryer. It was delivered with an attitude. They wouldn't hock it up and it was defective and sounds like a mac truck when running. Called several times for a replacement and have been ignored. Guess a $200 sale isn't enough to warrant customer service. Stole our money and gave us defective merchandise without making good. A month after my daughter & her husband (2 kids) bought theirs first home ...the demon stopped in and ate their washer. I felt so bad for these two kids trying so hard to make a good home for their children... I picked up my daughter and took her to Dependable Appliance. Not only did we find a washer that looked and has continued (1 year later) to run like new... Ron and his wife were so sweet to her... compassionate maybe the word I should use as one day in our lives we have all had so form of set-back. Not only did they make a price she could afford...they ended up 'trading in' a stove she had just purchased before moving to her new home (a new stove was already in the house). THANK YOU RON & BETH...you two are awesome!
Also, I'll be in with in the next month for my own needs as I am moving and will need three new appliances.

I just have to say"Where can you get this kind of service today?
I went to the new store location on 78 Main St. in WindsorLocks, Ct. and got the best deals! I went in to buy a part for my sister's washer, without really knowing how to install it, Ron, took the time and showed me how. I thought it was simple,but not!Thanks to him I saved time,didn't get frustrated putting on, and saved her $!While I was there I looked all around at the new and used appliances.It was hard to tell the difference!My wife and I are retiring,and needed a new stove,but planned to wait.Saw a great deal on stove &frig. bought them,assuming they would be delivered after Thanksgiving, Ron surprised my wife the same day!
Boy did that make our Holiday!Thanks to Ron,my wife is happy my kitchen looks great with the updated stuff for holidays.Of course I'm happy if my wife is happy in her kitchen!Thanks Ron
