The Doctors are wonderful. They really seem to care. The supporting staff don't seem to care one bit. Julie tends to be rude and she's the first and last person you see at the office. My children have been going to this office for years, if it weren't for the great Doctors I would not have returned. This office is doing themselves a disservice by employing rude staff.

We just relocated and it is never fun to have to find a new pediatrician. But I am glad I called this office. The registration nurse was nice and the process was great. My daughter was able to get seen the next day. Dr Galleger was amazing with her. He made her feel comfortable right away. As a preteen she is uneasy about certain stuff but he was great with her. As much as I have moved we have been to different types of doctors and this is one of the best one I have seen. The office staff is what you expect of office staff.
Great Dr.

I used to enjoy taking my children here... I like the doctors and a couple of the nurses are pleasant. However, as of late, I have found some of the support staff(IE. secretaries and LPNs) to be rude and unhelpful. It is an opinion shared by my peers who use this group. I have made a complaint to the office staff and was told that the office is short staffed. I understand this is stressful, but my children should not suffer because of that. This week, we (my 13 month old and I) waited about 15-20 minutes for his vaccines...the nurse giving the injections was in the back room drawing them up a huge part of that time. Two injections were prefilled, so I am unclear as to what the hold up was. One of the injections was given so far down his arm that I could not believe it (near his elbow). When he became completely inconsolable, I asked if she might have any sample of motrin and was told that there was none (which I guess could have been true, of course by this point I was skeptical). I then had to rush out to get my daughter off the bus, and I had been trapped there for over an hour! I had been assured by the secretary the day before that I would be out on time if I came in early, which I did. Obviously I was frustrated. I suppose that I could have remembered to pack motrin, but he's never had that reaction to any injections before.
