FVG recently moved (across the street) and with the larger facility they have much more to offer. Two of my children attend (one boy and one girl). We have been very satisfied. The schedules are convenient and the staff are very knowledgable in teaching/instruction and guiding young gymnasts--or for the parent/child class and pre-K classes guiding young children in SAFE, FUN and ACTIVE PLAY!!
They are also great at running a business and understanding that parents' schedules, needs, knowlege and concerns of gymnastics may vary. With this in mind, they provide excellent customer service and information.
Both my children have attended since they were very young. My daughter went from being shy/timid and very inflexible (I wasn't sure she'd be able to sit "criss-cross applesauce" by kindergarten!) With time, instruction and even "play" having them teach me some of the stretching, her flexibility increased tremendously, and her confidence in groups and speaking up in unfamiliar settings has also improved greatly, much of which I attribute to her instructors (role models) and friends in class. Also my son, who I thought would just run off at the sight of FUN things to do, continues to improve on waiting his turn (very hard for the 3 and 4 year olds amid a room of really great circuits/activities). We intend to have him continue (simply because he LOVES this class) as he moves toward the "Boys Only" class they offer! They both have continued to balance their strength building activities, with remembering to stretch! And it's always a relief to have ANOTHER backing of "vegetables and fruits are good for you!"
I will continue to highly reccommend this gym.

I am not satisfied at the way certain things are handled. 1 instance is my daughter is allergic to animals and is severely asthmatic. The employee as well as the V.P. was told and yet she still continues to bring her dog into the building. Also there was another instance were my daughter was wrongly accused of something she didn??t due, due to favoritism and censored in front of the class. Once the teacher realized her mistake she didn??t even apologize to my daughter instead she just shrugged it off. Once the sessions are over we will be looking for another school that puts the health and well-being of the students first and are taught that its okay to make mistakes and setting an positive example by acknowledging that a mistake has been made and apologizing for it.

My daughter went to Farmington Valley Gymnastics for 3 sessions and loved it. The staff is great. She would like to try gymnastics again, but is doing several other activities at this time. Give them a try, everyone is very friendly and they know what they are doing.
