Sulgrave Manor Apts

This is a vintage 1930's apartment building. It is owner occupied, and well maintained. It may not have all the newest amenities, such as a fitness room, but it more than makes up for it with attentive staff and character. It even has the original switch-board in the mail room! If you are looking for something a little different, for a great price, in a fantastic neighborhood, I would heartily recommend this building.

At Sulgrave Manor, you'll wake up to the beat of a different drum -- that is, to the arrhythmic clanging of antiquated pipes. The building also features authentic, mid-century ovens, much like those my Polish grandmother used during the German occupation. The place is swarming with Douglii though, including the ghost of button-nosed matriarch known as "Miss D;" still it's a great deal. So strike that match while the gas is still working!
