I have been going to this place for the past 10 years. I have brought every girlfriend I have had in the past to them as well. And even though I do not date most of these women anymore, I still get to see them there as regulars. They say its the one good thing that came out of our relationships lol! The amount of experience in the place is bar none. One of the only hair design places that could actually cut men's and women's hair equally well.

What an appalling experience! The salon deserves a ZERO
I made an appointment for noon on Saturday and arrived a bit early. The stylist, an older man who also appeared to be the manager/owner, said he could take me right away. He seated me so that my hair could be shampooed, but a couple of minutes later told me that he had to complete a cut and blow dry. Fine I thought.

So I sat there reading for 30 minutes and no one bothered to ask after me. I finally stood up to get someone's attention and saw the manager making small talk at the counter. He looked in my direction came over and with no apology, said he was going to let another stylist apply the chemical straightener and that stylist looked the least bit interested in even getting up out of his chair and didn't introduce himself. He brought out the straightener in an unlabeled jar and I asked him what brand and level it was. He just stared at me blankly and said he had no idea!! I asked him to find out to which he responded "i know what i am doing." He became confrontational and told me that he didn't have to do my hair and that i wasn't his client. He basically ordered me to the manager's chair.

At that point the incident had escalated. I told him that I would never be comfortable with a stylist who had no idea what kind of chemicals he was putting in my hair. He was practically in my face, barking at me, telling me that I should stop talking! He repeated this and finally the unresponsive manager instructed another male stylist to take him out of the salon. I was shaken up but stood my ground despite the fact that it appeared he wanted to physically strike me. I berated the manager and left in tears with wet hair.
