Sephora

I always love going into Sephora. They have such a wide selection of products that if I don't find the right color with one brand I can usually find it with another brand.

I make it a point to visit a Sephora store whenever I find myself near one (which is rarely), and could quite probably live happily inside this one. Like others in the chain, the store is wall-to-wall makeup, lotions, body washes, you name it - if it's pretty and smells good, Sephora carries it.

To my knowledge, Sephora carries the most high-end brand name cosmetics and body products of any other U.S. chain. The store is neatly laid out according to product type and brand name, and helpful salespeople are happy to point you to specific products. Makeovers are available at the cosmetics counters, test tubes/bottles are abundant, and free samples are easy to come by. Some of the prices are a bit steep, but most of the products are well worth it. Be warned, however, that you'll want to buy PLENTY.

PROS: HUGE variety; well laid out; testers and samples; friendly staff.
CONS: A bit pricey; temptation!

Sephora has great bath products, amazing make-up, spectacular perfumes, stellar sales-staff, and exorbitant prices. However expensive though, the quality of the make-up makes it totally worth it.
