You were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Furthermore, you realized we were making a move out of town and it was important that we not leave without a ring. So you and your staff graciously worked to have the ring ready the very next day! We are so pleased with the final product (Oval Brilliant cut diamond set with two Half Moon diamonds) that neither of us can take our eyes off it! We hope to be back in DC soon to show you the beautiful ring you helped us create and consult with you on our wedding bands.
