I have shopped around before purchasing these insurance items and found this agency has some of the better deals in the area. My agent is a great guy and I really trust him. I signed up last year. After a few months, I changed my bank and credit card information with them. They continued to charge my old bank account, causing me to bounce checks and pay hundreds in overdraft and misc. fees. They said 'sorry' when I contacted them.
