The food at Polo is very good and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, but they deliver - the only Indian restaurant in the area that does.

I go along with my co-workers for the buffet. We only dine when they serve the chicken Makhani, it's our absolute favorite. I also love the drink called a mango lassie which is full of flavor and the naan is out of this world.

I went to Polo India Club Restaurant with a group of folks while they were in town for, oddly enough, a reviewer's convention. The poor staff of course had no idea... There were about 8 of us this night and we ordered things all over the fairly extensive menu.

I'll go over the bad first. The servie was less than stellar. I mean there were times we thought they had forgotten all about us all alone on the second floor. Now, to be perfectly fair about it, it was fairly close to their closing time and they did not make any motions toward trying to hurry us out of there at all. They were in fact very nice. It's just that they weren't around often enough.

The food, however, exceeded all of our expectations. From the Malai Chicken Tika ($12.95) to the Lamb Vandalu ($12.95) to the Alu Gobi ($9.95), everything was just superb. It took quite awhile after ordering for it to arrive, but it was all worth every bit of that long wait.

They do have free delivery for a minimum $15 order, and a lunch buffet for $7.95 that has quite a selection.

I say 4 stars and go ahead. Just try them at a time when you aren't in a hurry.

PROS: Superb food
CONS: Very slow service
