"Plain Old Pearson's" opened in N.W. Washington in 1933. They have a large inventory of liquors and wines, excellent prices, and a very helpful, friendly staff. You can keep posted on their specials and sales via their email list.

Near Georgetown on Wisconsin Ave is nestled Pearsons Wine & Spirits, a fine location for both wine and liquor. At the back after work on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, then on Saturday their is a table which usually has a large group around it tasting a large verity of wine. This is a tasting where the proprietors will seriously try to find a wine that fits with your needs, even tasting off the shelf at times. At the front is a large selection of spirits. There is a regular email newsletter that goes over the deals for the week with quality descriptions for each product
