Allan Woods Flowers & Gifts

I ordered flowers online at allanwoods.com because I needed to order them quickly but it was well after the florist had closed. I placed the order online and everything went flawlessly. I was a little nervous about it so I called and made sure they were delivered. When I called I was helped very quickly and was assured that they were delivered. And in addition, because of what I wrote in my note about dead flowers(see below) I was also told that if I had any problems with the quality of the flowers to call back and they would help me out. Needless to say I was very impressed with the service. The flowers they sent my girlfriend were absolutely GORGEOUS. They must have been 2 foot tall roses in pristine condition. They helped me solve the nightmare problem that I had on Valentine's day and definitely helped me make it up and then some to my girlfriend for getting her dead flowers.

I highly recommend this florist great, even with out of state midnight online orders.

Here's the story about what happened to me before:
I had a problem with flowers ordered from one of the major online sites, they shipped them DHL, DHL left them on a truck because of a snowstorm, the flowers died but were still delivered. Needless to say I'll be asking for a refund from that company and will never be purchasing from them again.

The shop is small but the space is beautiful. The arrangements are consistantly pretty. Delivery is reliable and prices are reasonable. Onstreet parking in this area can be a problem.
