I have never heard of any vet that charges to expunge their records and provide you with your pet's history. I am moving and asked for them. They charged me $10 to pick them up or it would be free to fax them to a new vet. That's ridiculous. Won't it cost them more money to fax them? Furthermore, their prices are too high for what your getting. I go to Hollin Hall Animal Hospital where they are more attentive and the vets AND receptionists know what they are doing and are very professional and actually care for your pet. I take both of my cats to Hollin Hall Animal Hospital. It was a bit of a drive but worth it then to go a block and a half to Collins.

Friendly accommodating atsmophere and a home like warmness is the first thing you notice upon entering this hospital. They are loving and kind to the animals. My dog loves it there and they go out of their way to ensure that all the tests are done. The costs are affordable. Ask to see Chicken. He's the official cockatoo greeter.
