I just had all new tires put on and this was the closest place, plus all of the big box tire discounters were booked up for the afternoon when I had to have my car with four functioning tires that evening. I was able to get fast friendly service. The guys there did have an odd sense of humor but they didn't try to up sell me and there were no hidden costs once I was in the store that they hadn't told me about up front.

I am a devout customer of Discount Tire Co. (a national tire dealer) in Atlanta, GA where flat repair is always free of charge at all of their locations across the nation (unfortunately, no locations in DC).

When I called Jimmy's to ask their flat repair policy to see if it was the same as Discount Tire Co., the man I spoke with asked me "Does McDonald's give out free hamburgers? Or do you get free service because of your looks?" OVER THE PHONE!

When I asked to speak with the manager, he had the same attitude, then had the audacity to invite me to come in to get my tire repaired.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO DECENCY WHATSOEVER!
