The Rosa Negra is one of my favorite casual restaurants in the area. They have a wide variety of interesting items on the menu. One of my favorites is the pasta with rockfish and lump crab meat in a creamy tomato sauce. My husband nearly always orders it. There is enough on the plate for several people, but you find yourself reluctant to share. They also have Early Bird selections, as well as smaller proportion meals for those with daintier appetites. I don't think I have ever disliked anything there.
