i was so excited to order my triplet's first birthday cake! i previously had a delicious cake that was beautifully decorated by sweets to you, and i wanted to patronize again. i spent quite a while ordering 3 separate cakes, with a very helpful person. i asked to pay over the phone, something i do everyday since i have infant triplets and a 2 year old, but i was told i couldn't. instead i had to fax my license and credit card to the bakery, which i did try to do. my time, as anyone's, is precious, and with all the children in this house, i guard it carefully! the fax machine at the bakery was not answering, and when i called about it, the person didn't apologize, offer to correct it, or even try to help. she simply let me cancel my order. as an owner of 2 taverns, loosing any customer, no matter how great business may be, is certainly not an objective.
