      <title>1 Stars:  A horrible experience (by clint g.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Absolutely horrible!  I took my car in to have the clutch replaced.  When I picked it up the clutch did not work properly, the car shimmied like crazy and the brakes no longer worked.  By not work I mean the brake pedal does not depress and the car basically rolls to a gradual stop.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When I commented on the brakes I was told that they did not touch the brakes.  I then asked the manager to drive my car and tell me what he thought of them. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He drove the car around the lot 4 times and told me that they seemed fine to him but they would be happy to service them for me.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I wish I had read the previous reviews before I took my car there.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Bad Attitude Bad Customer Service (by Byon D.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Rude-sarcastic-not proactive.  The make your car worse when they work on it and don't care about correcting it.  I was lied to twice about it being done-arrived to pick it up and it wasn't. I even stopped there and they said 30 minutes.  I came back 1-1/2 hours later and it still wasn't touched. My second bad experience with this place. I finally took it someplace else.  Will be done in 2 hours.  Go to the dealership in Milford.  Prompt, courteous and honest.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Don't bother complaining to the owner here-the irresponsible attitude starts with him!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Car maintenance (by walter p.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Dealer needs to look at it's customer relation procedures. Service should be proactive to customers needs and work should be right the first time without repeat visits. If it's not fixed correctly Chrysler should eat the cost to make it right.
&lt;br /&gt;Chrysler sucks.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
