If this company also has locations in California then unfortunately it has spread it's horrible virus, this company is anything but "Integrity" related, unprofessional, never returns phone calls, just a complete scam, they don't want to pay me my wages and now I have reported them to the BBB and Labor Board, somebody needs to stop them from multiplying. California Law is much stricter and hopefully puts and end to their business here! Worst company ever! NO STARS!

I recently worked for Integrity/Amazon.com in Hazleton, PA for seasonal work. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Their integrity staff are the rudest, discriminate, ignorant people God has put on this earth. It is disgusting how they treat you (Especially if you are white). I recieved points for hurting my back on the job when they told me to go home and not to come back without doctor's approval. Later I find out that I have recieved points for missing those days. I would not even recommend Hitler himself to work in a crap hole like this. The Amazon employees even treat you disrespectfully, especially the ones who wear black vests and think they have Gods almighty power. This place hires illegals like there is no tomorrow. The integrity workers cant even speak an ounce of English when they try and harass you about something. If you decide to work here, you should be checked in by your local nuthouse first to see if you qualify to work there.

I worked for Integrity for over 8 years. If you are interested in trying new things, doing something unique, or finding a place to grow, you can do no better than Integrity. The owners have tremendous commitment to the people who work for the company and they take great pains to foster a safe, accepting and fun team environment. I never witnessed a situation where a reasonable request for help or leniency (and occasionally, an unreasonable one) was denied. Indeed, I believe that this is one company that will do the "right" thing in any given situation, hands down.

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about, and benefit from, what I learned at Integrity. I miss the company and the people there very much.

I have worked in the picking department at Amazon through Integrity since last November. It's tough being on my feet all day, but the money is good and the shift schedule is great (4 - 10s).

My interactions with Integrity has been very positive. The folks in the recruiting office were incredibly busy when I applied, but they really worked to keep the process moving. My recruiter was also very pleasant.

The integrity staff who work directly in the Amazon warehouse are equally pleasant.

I'm confused by the guy talking about criminal background checks. This is Reno and we got a lot of ex cons living here, that's for sure. I know 3 different people who thought they could get through the process but didn't. One of them is back behind bars!

I worked for the company for four years seasonal at amazon. amazon is hard work but I didn't mind that. I showed up every day never one second late and never left early or called in. after working there for four months this year I was fired for forgetting to sign a piece of paper they said forgetting to sign this piece of paper is "job abandonment" yet they didn't bother to tell any of the employees about this policy which I guess is new cause they never had this paper in the previous years. I was treated terribly when they called me. They also hire people when it gets close to peak season without background checks this resulted this year in the building in fernley nevada being set on fire with all the employees in it. everyone got out safely thank goodness and then we we're all stuck outside standing in the snow for over an hour many employees without coats locked inside the truck yard. I was also attacked by one of their employees and after I wrote the report was told if I ever said anything about the workplace violence my job would be terminated. Bottom line horrible company!

This company is the worst company when it comes to caring about it's employees. I lost my job after accumalating to many points becuase my son was sick for three days and couldn't go to daycare finnally I got in a car accident on my way to work on a snowy morning, totalling my car. I was told that they understand but its thier policy and it's zero tolerence and thats that. It doesn't matter if your in an accident, hospital, throwing up or maybe even death. Zero tolerance! After all your just a barcode to them anyway not a person!

I worked at Amazon during the holiday peak season and was worked like a dog for what I consider sub poverty wages (12.25/hr) for graveyard shift. But I considered it a learning experience so I did my job and was never late. When they let us" go" because they don't use the term laid off, you are still part of the Integrity family and they are going to find you a new assinement. Ha Ha.They also told us we broke every record for porduct shipped from any Amazon warehouse and we were the best crew they ever had. Stroke Stroke. They were so happy with us that instead of giving us our checks when we were let go ,or even getting them to you in the three days allowed buy law, they made me wait 4 days to get my check, when I drove the 30+ miles back out to Amazon to get my checks, they still did not have all my pay ready and told me I'd have to come back again in a week for my last check.I was very upset at this point and when I loudly complained I was escorted off the property.I requested that my final check be mailed to me and am still waiting 3 weeks later. As far as I'm concerned Integrity has no Integrity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Integrity hell! They look for any reason to dock your pay r give you points torwards termination. On my first day I was told to be there at 8:30, I got a phone call tellint me 9:00 I was then given a point becuase it was actually 7:30. This is common here as I soon found out. Just the other day I got a call saying start time was at 9:00 I was there and clocked in along with everyone else, we got to our work stations and were told they made a mistake and we need to go clock back out, Whe I went to the office about us being paid from 9 since that was when we were told to report I was threatened with termination and kicked out of the office. They have no respect for their workforce. We were docked 15 minutes and pointed for clocking in late from lunch after we were not allowed in the break room for 20 minutes due to a medical emergency. We were told by ISS coaches to take our full lunch of 1/2 hour and it wont be held against us......well that didn't happen. One guy on my shift was given point for going to his military drill even though he informed them of his drill dates when hired and gave his supevisor a copy of his military paperwork, wich they lost twice.

I was supposed to start at Amazon in mid november in thier ICQA dept. Before i even started day one, my start date changed from 8:30 Sunday morning to *:00am Monday morning then to (:00 Monday morning last change coming at 9pm on Sat night. So i show up monday and the job isn't available so my next start date is 2 more weeks away...i ask why and it is described to me as ordering pizzas..Amazon ordered to many! wtf? so i start 2 weeks later and at orientation i let them know i have aICD istalled in my chest and can not walk through thier scanners...nothing...next day i go to thier on site office they take a copy of my ID card for the difibultor so then can issue me an exempt badge...2 days later i go back to the office to check on it..Shawn gives me this BS that they need to mail my doctor and get a reply that i actually have this device...the scar and bump in my chest along with the ID which is good enough at the airports is not for Integrity. and he gets pissed that im asking for it...so jump ahead 5 weeks later multible arguments wit the guards that are ignorant about the device the embarrsement of holding the line up..so people can get off thier feet for a few precious minutes...i go see the ISS rep in AMCARE.(Jerry).he is shocked and pretty much says they draged thier feet because they dint think i'd be there that long so why make an effort...lovely.....anyways he goes directly to Amozons HR and i have the exempt badge in a day....is this is what ISS means by thinking outside the box. When my badge one morning doesn't work it will be the last of me with ISS...and to those that think im another bitter temp....review the other morning by blue vest....supposed to have 14 scans /hr...im averging 39 im at 238% and in top 10% of my dept (actually number 2) i am diabetic and had a heart attack in April and have one chamber of my heart that is in opperative. i dont complain about the work its called WORK...not playtime, i walk and bend as much...if not more then any picker...just pissed about ISS thier lack of integrity and the whey they handle employees as if we were cattle !

I was also recently hired to work for Amazon.com over the Xmas season in their shipping dept. I lasted 3 out of 4 nights. If you are someone unaccustomed to wearing enclosed shoes such as sneakers or a walking shoe for working, beware. Your feet swell from standing, lifting, & bending for 11 or more hours. If you are diabetic dbl beware. You could end up losing a toe (s). As for me, I experienced foot trauma by the 3rd evening, I could no longer stand the pain raging through my feet. I now know what it feels like to have your feet bound. The restriction of moment caused injury to my large toes, which was later more apparent with the brusing and blood beneath the nails. The pain across my instep restricted bending, lifting & walking over a period of time.

Good luck trying to report any injuries. No one cares to respond. Total disinterest. Mine was considered personal issue not a workmans comp by their safety person. Personal my foot!

Overall, impression of this company was unfavorable. I was handled poorly in my concerns for my injury and left with a very bad impression of HR.

I worked at the New Castle amazon through Integrity. They treated me fairly and were honest and always paid me on time. The people that seem to have the biggest challenge either don't follow the rules - which are pretty simple - like punch in on time to get paid - otherwise they have to research it. LOL. Duh. Also the people that get pissed when the assignment ends at the end of the season. Be thankful people. You had a job. Why did you take a temp job to begin with if you want to be pissed that it ends?

Lazy criminal losers don't like working at Amazon - look at the first person - probably a former crack addict or drug dealer, boozer or murderer that has an issue. Go work in the fields dude.

Integrity Staffing violates Pennsylvania state law 18-9125-B and then lies about it . The company discriminates against workers in the state of Pennsylvania and blatantly lies that they are in full compliance of following all state labor laws. They will pick and choose in who they hire which will border on discriminatory practices

I worked for them at Amazon.com building in Bear Delaware three years in a row. The staffing agency is not terrible but once you're let into Amazon.com you'll quickly notice problems. There are coaches who seem to be a hybrid of Integrity staffing and Amazon.com employee who make sure the temporary employees are moving quickly. They are trained to stop you during your work and go over your stats. Even if you're moving quite fast they complain about your not hitting high enough product pull numbers and scare you into thinking that you'll be terminated. As a result of their high goals people who seem to be moving fast end up hurt and/or terminated. Many people seem to be doing fine but by the next day can't gain entry into the building which means they've been terminated without notification. They simply show up for work one day and their badge no longer activates the door to unlock. The "pickers" at amazon are pressured into moving as fast as possible up and down the mega-sized library-like aisles following a scanner's directions about which product to pluck and place into their cart. There's a lot of bending down to the floor and back up again to remove products from the floor level and knee level shelves which makes a lot of employees dizzy/lightheaded. Basically they want their employees to pick one item every ten or twenty seconds which usually involves leaving the aisle and entering a new one, locating the item, scanning it and placing it into their cart. You're basically not allowed to take a minute and breathe or else your stats become dangerously low. If they would just allow their employees to slow down to a reasonable speed I'd give them a better review. Their policy is very unsafe and almost like torture. Your entire Christmas season is spent in terror wondering if you'll be let go and wondering if you can make it until lunch break without passing out from dizziness. I've seen a lot of older people there moving way faster then I know if safe. Also they force employees to stretch after lunch, not before. I've seen several employees complain about this policy over concert that stretching after eating is dangerous for the cardiovascular system but they people in charge don't want to hear it. You have to do everything they tell you to do almost like you're in a nazi camp or else they treat you really poorly and terminate you. Also there are problems with their payroll. Lots of people don't get paid on time because of disorganization in their payroll system. Also there are problems with lunch breaks. Before the breaks are over the integrity staffing/amazon.com hybrid employees (the coaches) come into the lunch room and yell (literally yell as if their mad) for everyone to pack up and head back to their meet-up stations. This doesn't sound bad but when you're there in person it's really unnerving. They're quite mean about making sure you cut your lunch break back. It takes about five minutes to walk to the meet up station (its' a huge building) and basically they want you to walk back on break time, not on work time. Five minutes up and five minutes back cuts 10 minutes out of your break and the employees there badly need to sit down. Sitting is only allowed on break.

I do not reccommend Integrity Staffing Solutions as an employer or as an agency for any organization. If you are working for them at an amazon building, they have MAJOR payroll issues all the time. Alot of people don't get PAID on time and their managers are not very nice people. They are rude and verbally abusive to their employees. It amazes me how they have stayed in business as long as they have!

I went to Integrity Staffing a year ago and they got me a job a Amazon.com. Within a few months I got hired by Amazon. I love it here. The work is not EASY, but what work worthwhile is? I also must say that the people at Integrity are really friendly and upfront. They gave me good information up front and answered my questions before I took the job. The guy with the roller skates must have been on crack when he was there. Come on - really, roller skates in a warehouse. Have not seen it yet here myself. I referred my girl to Integrity and she got a job doing data entry at JP Morgan - not too shabby.

I have worked for Integrity at Amazon ... and the guy who said that he had to wear roller skates is just crazy. Anyone who has ever worked in a warehouse b4 knows that skates would never be allowed cause its not safe. anyway, it was a good place to work - and its just for the christmas season, and integrity told me that.

Anyone who has ever worked in a warehouse b4 knows that skates would never be allowed cause its not safe. anyway, it was a good place to work - and its just for the christmas season, and integrity told me that.

I've worked on assignments with Integrity Staffing Solutions for years now, between jobs. They have always been amazing to work with and have TONS of jobs other than Amazon - if you are qualified! Their recruiters are always so nice every time I call. I've always had a great experience at the company's they put me to work at. I'd work for them any time.

Ask anybody and you will here the exact same thing about Integrity Staffing - as far as integrity goes, they have none. As far as I know, they only have contracts with Amazon.com in their warehouse. They will give anybody that job once. The warehouse working conditions are awful. It is similar to working in a sweatshop. Every week, they demand you work mandatory overtime, which is a 12 hour day at least 3 days a week. You are not allowed to sit all day and must stand. You are not allowed to eat or drink. Every day you get hurt. For a long time they made every employee wear roller skates to make you get around faster, which was humillating, but too many people fell and got hurt. The whole job is really degrading, then they fire you after 2 months so they don't have to give you benefits. After that, Integrity won't talk to you. Plus they gave bad refrences to me and 3 of my friends, because they let us go so they didn't have to give us insurance. Integrity is a scam.

Whenever I've stopped in here, they have not had much to offer me. They mostly work with the Amazon warehouses, and don't have much else to offer. My boyfriend did take a job with them at Amazon, but it didn't work out and he had some trouble contacting Integrity and working out the details when it was terminated. So he had a bad experience.
