I started going to this vet. about 10 years ago, he was my family veterinarian and when I got animals of my own I naturally started taking them there. It USED to be really great place to take your pets, a place where you felt like your pet was important and they really seemed like they cared. However, in recent years the customer service has taken a nosedive to a level that I feel is unacceptable. The last time I took a pet there I sat in the waiting room for 4 HOURS, then it took about another hour before I actually saw the Dr. once we were in the exam room. This morning I have a very ill cat and could not wait in line to see someone so I made an appt with another veterinarian, when I called to get the records from Four Paws the lady on the phone was very short and abrupt (I'd say downright rude). She said that they didn't have any records of my one cat and that they had already faxed the records for my other cat last year (so I guess you can only get records from there once in a lifetime). I am now digging through paper work trying to find the records they faxed last year so my new vet will have a place to start. I wont be going back to Four Paws.
