This guy is arrogant and full of himself. He has no respect for customers. You will do a big favor if you go somewhere else. He sells tires little bit cheaper but The total cost of ownership over the life of tire will be higher compared to

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are very rude (I mean VERY RUDE), they spend most their time cursing at each other even if there are kids around them.
the best one... Forget about any service guaranty that comes with

I do not recommend them to anybody, terrible customer service, poor quality products. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Be aware: They DO NOT honor any warranty on their service or product. Stay away from them.

I love that "Ron's" is owner operated. Founded in 1977, they are one of the oldest privately owned repair shops in Delaware. When you call or visit you are almost guarenteed to talk to the Owner, Ron Jr. He is very knowledgeable about tires, and it shows. He really cares about his customers, and he will do whatever it takes to make his customers 100% completely satisfied.
I also love it that Ron's Tires is a full service repair shop. You can get anything your car needs done there. From brakes to tune ups, Ron's is truely a ONE STOP SHOP!!!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!

The moment anything goes wrong or requires a little extra effort, they act like it is such a huge burden to work on your car. Unusual things come up all the time when working on tires and cars, but these guys cannot handle anything unusual or unplanned. They are prone to make mistakes and throw temper tantrums. They can only do simple little jobs on simple little cars.

(-) They are often rude, and like to make you feel stupid if you don't know everything about tires. Not all the guys are like that, but the ones that are dominate the shop.

(-) Messy, filthy shop and waiting room, even by auto repair shop standards.

(-) The guys in the shop curse/cuss and yell at each other, and you can hear it in the waiting area. They act like their job is a "game" or a "party". I realize they are just young horny guys. I do understand that boys will be boys because I am one. However, when they act like that CONSTANTLY, it is obvious that the customer is not a priority.

(-) They are deceptive with their receipts. Don't depend on your receipt to get complaints resolved. Don't let them write anything on your receipt in pen or pencil. Their computer should print everything out on the paper. If you bring the receipt back to the shop because something was wrong, DO NOT let the receipt out of your sight. If you leave it on the counter or hand it over to Ron, he will throw it in the trash when you are not looking. Then when you ask for the receipt back, he will say he doesn't have it. -- Yes, he actually did that -- How childish!

(-) I used to live right in the neighborhood where they are located, and it was clearly evident that they make lots of people angry. There is a lot of theft and vandalism going on there. I have heard Ron himself talk about this. [The place is not in a bad neighborhood. It's just this shop that gets lots of problems.] DO NOT leave your car there overnight!
