This is a great store for paper products and stuff for theme parties. They always have tons of different designs, especially for kids. Also balloons, greeting cards, and some costume accessories. It's pretty cheap too, probably cheaper than or as cheap as other discount stores.

Party City in Elsmere is great for costumes, party supplies and balloons. They also have items for weddings, christenings, first communions, etc. They keep things together so you can actually find all of the wedding stuff with other wedding stuff in stead of searching the whole store for a cake knife! You can stop and get a quick order of balloons, too (instead of needing to order in advance). Prices are good.

Whether you are looking for ideas or merely looking for accessories to complete your Halloween look, this is a fantastic place to shop. On top of the fun holiday novelties and decoration, they also have year round party supplies, balloons and decorations. The prices are very competitive and they are convenient to Wilmington and Newark.
