Brandywine TV is TERRIBLE! the guy at the front desk was kind and understanding, but the owner/technician is lazy, a jerk, and a drunk. I left my TV to get repaired, after 4 weeks without a call i decided to stop by the shop for an update.

I took a Samsung 32" in for warranty work about a week before Christmas. I tried several times to get an update but never got a call back. I finally got the tv repaired and returned on 1/29/14. This was after I contacted Samsung and

I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I have read previous reviews on this place and I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. If you call them twice in one day you get seperate pieces of info. they have had my tv for three weeks and I was just told that it would take at least another week for the part to come in and who knows how much more time to replace it. I have no choice but to deal with this company because my warranty company referred me to them. Once I started having problems with them, I read the reviews and noticed everyone else had similar issues. Stay away if you can. I am sure there are better repair places in the area.

I took a cd player into BTS in November of '08. Paid for the work in December, only to find that the unit was not fixed. My impression is they either put in a used part or just cleaned the unit. They held on to my unit and money until March of '09. But, court papers had already been filed. Who do think is going to win?\r

This place is in a snail mode when it come to service. Take your $3000 TV to them and just wait and wait and wait. Never, ever again. You have been warned. No wonder America is a throw away society. Service stinks!

this place does not run a business well. my samsung tv had to go there and they and samsung made me wait 2 months before finally someone at samsung did the right thing and replaced the tv. this place said they filed a report long before but had lied to get me new tv. the big joke they called with tv fixed after my new tv was on its way.do yourself a favor dont have anything fixed here.you have been warned!
