Sport Mazda Sales & Service

In October 2011 I was looking into getting a newer car, I was scared to go to a dealership since I've heard horror stories, I got to the Sports Mazda dealer and I walked around the lot for a little bit when Beth approched me and asked if she could be of assistance, I was a little hesitant at first but after a few basic questions I felt comfortable talking to Beth. I explained to her what I was looking for, she listened and showed me a few different models. We went inside to begin the application process, I wasn't sure I was going to drive out in a new car but she was very patient and we continued to work. It only took about 3 hours but I drove out of the dealer with my brand new 2012 Mazda 3 Sport (which I love). Thank you Beth for caring and for your dedication to what you do.

I called sport Mazda the other day and spoke to their service department. We were having a small problem with our car and after explaining the problem, they told us what was wrong and gave us a price quote. It was over $300 to have the thermostat replaced. Not giving in to the first quote we received, we had a second opinion done by a repair shop that had certified Mazda technicians. With the cost of the part and the labor we paid right over $100, $104 to be exact! The service department at this dealership is a huge rip off! They were going to charge us triple what the repair actually cost. We will never bring our car to sport Mazda for any type of repair or service ever again! We were contemplating trading in our current Mazda for a new one but if we do, it will not be with sport Mazda! They were blatantly trying to take advantage of their consumer!!

I recently bought a new mazda 3 sport touring from sport mazda. My entire experience was spectacular. Victor was great. Actually the entire team at sport mazda made you feel welcome and important. Kerwin was not my salesperson, but he went out of his way to help me set up my bluetooth and explain other things about my new mazda. Great teamwork!!!! I will definitely recommend people to sport mazda!!! Thanks for making so fun and easy buying a new car!! I love my mazda 3!!! Victor and Kerwin are the best!!!

What a fantastic experience I had dealing with Mazda Sport. From the first call to the final handshake. At no time did I feel pressured into a sale. My sales person Dave was very unfront with info and very honest, he was just not there to just make a sale. I bought a RX8 used and got it for the price advertised. I would defintly recomend dealership. So for no haggling about the price and no trickery go to Sports Mazda for a Used or New Car.

I was looking for weeks for a Mazda 3 that met my specific wants and being that is a very popular car I was having a hard time. When I came to sport Mazda, Barby showed me exactly what I had been looking for and not only that but worked with me to find the perfect deal on it. She was very helpful and eager to find what I was looking for. Every other staff member I have met is just as pleasant and helpful to work with. I would definetly return here again

Our new car purchasing experience from Don Mealey's Sport Mazda was actually very enjoyable. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles in the past and with out a doubt Ross, our salesman, made our purchase very easy. At no time did Ross pressure us in any way to make this purchase. Ross was very informative and if he did not have the answer he got us the answer within minutes. I will recommend Don Mealey's Mazda and specifically Ross to my friends and family.

Could not believe how hard Victor was willing towork to find me my dream car. And not once did he complain or become unproffesional in the long and probably frustrating search for my car. I will always return here and make sure all my friends and family come here when they need a car.

We had a great experience buying a Mazda3 here. Victor worked very hard to find me a car that I would love and be able to afford. I could thell they knew what they were talking about and feel very confident that this is a good purchase.

Worst dealership experience i ever had, they switched my contract 3 times, i was fed up with them them, a deal that was 0 down and ended up being 2k, these guys are clowns they tell you is approved and they always end up screwing you, consider yourself warned, oh and by the way it wasnt only me, a friend of mine has bought 2 cars and the did the same thing twice with ridiculous excuses telling him and me about credit, just go buy at fairbanks mazda or classic mazda they will price match it and you will be treated fair...do not trust these people

In September of 2010 I purchased a Mazda CX-7. In order to complete the purchase, the associates in Sport Mazda did all they could do to make the sale smooth. In addition, they stayed about an hour to 1 and a half hours after closing to complete all paperwork, and did it with a great attitude and a smile. The sales rep. that assisted us, Kerwin, was great! Thanks!

Leased Mazda6 in May of 2009. The sales people were fantastic. I didn't feel pressured at all. Loved the car since day one. I tried several different cars, but felt Mazda6 was the top. (Totally beat Camry, Accord, and the Altima.) The Service Dept has been extremely nice. They took on any issues that my car had. The Top Saleman goes to Kerwin. He made the experience a Joy! My next car will be a Mazda once again!

This dealer really took care of us. Even after the sale, they went the extra mile to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied.
The sales process was very non-pushy, which was a nice change from the last time I visited a dealership.
They also had the lowest price in town on a very nice vehicle- we love it!

I bought a car from Sport Mazda that was sold to my by Kerwin Larocque. I came in today for an oil change even though I didn't buy a Mazda. I ran into Kewin today while at the dealership and he really makes a difference in customer service. I would definitely come back to him for future purchases and to this smaller dealership where the customer doesn't get lost.
