Orange City Jewelers have provided me with the best customer service over the years. They have designed and created beautiful pieces, one in particular was for my sister's wedding. It was stunning and they did a great job. They will always have my business!
A great place to get jewelry repaired or watch batteries replaced.
Also they have beautiful jewelry. My son had his engagement ring
for his fiancee (now his wife) made there, and they did an outstanding job, it was beautiful and they were both very happy
with it. They are all very friendly, helpful and honest people.
They do a good job and they get things done pretty quickly.
My husband and I have been coming here for years. They have very helpful and friendly staff. I like staying away from the big chains and sticking to the little businesses. They care and no what customer service means.
I have been going to this jeweler for about 20 years now. The staff is wonderful, always very helpful. They have a good selection and know their business. I have had two watches repaired and both times it was finished on time. I always walk away satisfied with my purchase.

I dropped off an antique promise ring for repair, resizing and to add new stones to. They said they would call me with an estimate because they were too busy at the time of drop off to attend to me properly, then they never called me. After a few days I had to call them. They said they placed an order for the stones and the ring would be ready in a week. I went back and forth over the phone for two weeks, then when to pick it up the day after it was said to be ready. On my way I called and was told they had done nothing to the ring yet and needed more time. I cancelled the order and went to pick up the ring. The sales woman took no accountability for their lack of service.
I would not recommend their store!!!
I've been in this store a total of 3 times, and it was 3 times too many! The first 2 times I went in, the lady behind the counter was so incredibly rude and snobby to the point I left and drove to another jewelry store and bought what I was looking for there. I decided to give them another chance, hoping that maybe I lucked out and she was having a bad day, but her nasty attitude remained the same. She was incredibly rude, abrupt and made me feel very unwelcome in her store. Hey, that's ok, I'll spend my money elsewhere!
I went to Orange City Jewelers to sell some old gold I had laying around, I got a good price on what I brought in and was very pleased with their customer service help. While there they offered to check the setting in my ring to make sure it wasn't loose and then cleaned it without even asking for this service. I highly recommend shopping in this store. They definetly have a new customer in me when it comes to shopping for jewelery. (Thank you Orange City Jewelers.)
