Terrible service department. Nothing is in stock, all excuses about the lack of customer service. Don't want to take care of warranty work. Lewis Stump, the service manager, was especially unhelpful, he would rather close out the ticket and send me on my way with the blown out tire in tow to another shop than make it right. Bought a Mazda there, then had such bad experiences with the service department that I bought my next one at a different dealership. Awful.

March, 2005 I had totalled my car in a vehicle crash and needed another veh for basic transportation. I was GOING to buy a car that day, wether it be a Mazda 3 or a Toyota Corolla, and I had just come from test driving the Corolla. The sales associate was telling me about the Mazda 3 and how they're SUCH hot sellers blah blah blah that they sell right at MSRP and they can't go lower. Well I test drove a red one and damaged it pulling out of the parking lot. I felt bad but the sales associate didn't seem to concerned. They told me they had a silver one available and we started haggling. Amazing how much they (traditional car dealerships) try and screw you. We went substantually lower than MSRP and I bought the Mazda 3.

They had the car done and rady for me to drive off in about an hour from when we started haggling. I left happy, but mentally drained.

I would buy another vehicle from here, but be prepared for heavy negotiations.

I've been very happy with my car and test driven other Mazdas since my purchase at this location, all with good experiences (no more purchases though).

PROS: Can haggle and get fair to great pricing
CONS: If you can't haggle well, you'll get screwed
