Auto Way Ford

While I'm sure everyones experience will vary on which salesman you get, my experience stunk.

I had a test drive certificate for a $50 eddie bower gift card for driving any Ford vehicle. I went in and the salesman asked me if I was interested in purchasing a car, to which I replied no. He then copped an attitude and asked me if the certificate was real. I should have just pretended to be interested to waste everyones time to get my certificate signed. Instead I was upfront and honest and got treated like crap. He DID sign the certificate, but wasn't happy about it.

I wouldn't buy a new Ford from this dealership based on the way I was treated.

I have had my ford into this dealer for warranty work on several occasions and I have not been disappointed yet.

They make appointments and each time they have delivered as promised when I picked my car up. I have also called on the way and they were able to help me out even when I didn't have an appointment.

They take care of all the paperwork and send me regular notices of regular maintanence and any recal linformation.

I did not buy my ford at this dealership but get service as if I did.

The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting room is ok.

I've been in this dealership numerous times shopping for a car and am always comfortable. They don't seem to pressure or haggle too much when you are "just looking". I've also driven fords and had great success with their parts and service departments with warranty work on my car. They are a smaller dealership so sometimes their inventory is small....but its a nice local dealership.
