I had natural light brown hair. Wanted to change and make them dark chocolate. Came there first time and was very excited. The hair stylist Camilo siad I would look great with the golden highlights and it is awesome for the summer. I went for it after hearing that he has been in the industry for more than 30 years....

DON'T TRUST such "professionals"!!!!

Color of highlights was exactly the same like my hair color...no difference...my friends did not even see my hair was different..horrible feeling!

PAID $250 and left so sad and unhappy with such bad hair work done!!!

I'm not usually impressed w. one stop shops for everything from cut and color to massages as there is always a service that suffers. Well so far the cut/color area has proven to be stong. Jeannie did a great job on my fine straight hair. She darkened my hair and came up w. a plan of action for me to address my issues of losing color and get red tones when I really want chocolate tones. She did a great job and I could leave the salon w.out restyling my hair...I actually looked like myself. I liked that the salon was big and I would recommend going early bec it looked like everyone was running over time. Jeannie at least was very gracious and would telling her waiting clients what was up! Can't wait to try their other services. Will keep you posted on whether I can keep my chocolate color : )

The salon has no human touch, the are not very friendly, is very expensive and the work was not that great ...I was not happy

The place is absolutely ridiculously pricey! I called to ask about their price for an haircut + blowdry and the lady who answered the phone said that they START at $75!!! Gimme a break!
Ladies, if you need to have your hair done, please go to Jean-Claude Biguine, an outstanding Professional Hair salon from France (it's a chaine), they have a few now in Miami-Dade and are about to open a new one South Miami very soon, adjacent to Starbucks on the side street of Sunset. The hairdressers are all professionals and you won't be dissapointed (it's only $55 for haircut + blowdry)...far less than Bellezza. Yeah, Bellezza sounds really romantic etc, by the way, the lady who answered the phone sounded really classless on the phone...no please, thank you etc. I don't need that treatment if I am going to pay big bucks! Lol!!

Belleza is absolutely fantastic. As you approach the door you can already smell the scented candles and they smell so nice. By a window there is cool water, coffee and an assortment of tea to choose from. Everything is bright, cool and airy.
I have been doing my color with Jack for a few years and there truly is nobody better...and he is so lovely. Maureen is great for cut and/or style and you will want Gabriel or Toshi to wash your hair even though everyone is great. Pedicures are delicious at Belleza and if you want a relaxing reflexology go with Margarita.
If you are on a spending spree check out the super cute jewelry and sandals and like any good spa they have a great variety of hair and skin care.
I have no idea what the other reviewer meant when she said the employees dress trashy. In all my years of going to Belleza I have never seen any employee or patron dress cheap or trashy not even close really. Everyone at Belleza is either in black or white and all dress professional. I asked my sisters and mother who also go to Belleza and they agree that trashy is not a word that is associated with Belleza.
It is a great place to have a day of beauty and then go to Morning Call or Sole for a ladies lunch.

I must say after 20 years of hair coloring, nails, message and going to spas for relaxation. Belleza is one of my top choices. Jack did a great job on my color, my base, highlights, low-lights the cut. I found the staff to be courteous, friendly and most helpful. I mostly enjoyed my spa package. I had a very relaxing message and one of the best facials I have ever had. I enjoyed my day at Belleza and would recommend them to any of my friends.

I am a client of the salon for years now I get my hair colored with Jack. I will say that my veiw of the salon staff look like they should be going out to stand on a corner . They are loud , gossiping , and that just is not professional at all . That is wonderful to have been chosen for an award , but the dress code is to extreme for a salon , some people may get the wrong idea. If you are going to have people work in your salon make sure they are trained to not gossip in front of clients , wear revealing clothing , or talk about what they are going to do when ever they get off work. This is all I have to say. Missy

Great service, timely apointments and freindly staff. Batoul does my facial treatments; she is very knowledgeable about specific skin problems. You come out of the salon completley refreshed and relaxed. They have the best pedicures. I am extremely picky about where I get my pedicures done, because of the risk of infections due to uncleanliness. This salon is meticulous and very clean. I highly recommend them!!

I enjoyed my experience here so much, I didn't want to leave. I didn't expect much since I was a last minute call in for a same day appt - the minute I arrived, the aroma of the most intoxicating scent (from the Trapp Scented Candle burning on display). I was welcomed and taken directly to my appointment. My manicurist offered and brought me a perfect cup of coffee and told me things about the salon. By the time I left, I had purchased a camisole from their boutique, that fabulous Trapp Candle in "Ocean Marine" scent and some hand cream that was used on me. Now I not only relive my experience each evening by using my lotion and relaxing while my candle burns, I can go online and buy their products just like in their excellent and unique store boutique - I love this place! Just Go!

My friend wanted me to go here. Its like a ONE STOP SHOP for all your spa, nails and salon needs. I spent almost 6 hours at this place, getting my manicure, pedicure, acrylics, hair cut, hair set, massage... I liked it first but later i realized that they did not use good quality prioducts. I mean I got a lot of pimle on y face right the next day. So if price is your priority, then go here, but dont if face is your priority. I really dont think you should risk it.

Every sige store has to has its flaws, I mean not one store is perfect. Well the ONLY single thing that is wrong with place is that the prices are a tad bit to the high side, and might be out of his or her league to try to afford that. But if you really feel the need to kick off and relax, this is your place. They give you massages, manicures, etc, etc. You basically get trated like royalty. Its fabulous! Everyone should try to go t this plae atleast once since we all need a little relaxing time here or there. The staff is super friendly and kind, and the massages wil calm every nerve you have. Go for yourself and see!

PROS: GREAT services
CONS: High costs

Relax, and get ready to spend a very tranquil and delightful day at the spa. Be pampered and be stress free, no need to worry about everyday life. Immerse your whole body in warm water, get a facial cleansing, get your nails and hair done. Find great quality beauty products to fit your every need. With wonderful customer service, and great overall place, I recommend to anyone who wants to spend a day of relaxation. My only complaint is that their prices are a bit high, but they are definitely worth it!

Bellezza Spa in South Miami is a relaxing day spa....PRices are high but the service is outstanding and it has almost all of the luxuries of a get away spa.
