Isabel's Flowers

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ISABEL'S FLOWERS!!! They are located in Orlando, Florida. I placed flower arrangement orders in one day, for several people. I requested that the deliveries be made a few days later. I NEVER had any problems with OTHER ORLANDO Florists before, so I went ahead with great confidence and chose ISABEL'S FLOWERS as the new one to order from. My deciding factor at that time, was merely that the ISABEL'S FLOWERS' shop was the closest delivery match to the recipients' delivery areas. Before then, I had ordered flowers through Hunter Creek Florists, (close to Kissimmee and SUPERB!!!) or Orlando Florist on Orange Ave. (ALSO SUPERB!) I still order from them, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
CONTINUATION: As requested, the delivery person from ISABEL'S FLOWERS delivered the flower arrangements to each of my recipients, at either their place of residence, or their offices. NOTE: EACH of the ISABEL'S FLOWERS arrangement deliveries were accepted INSIDE the recipients' places and then kept in an air conditioned environment. I spent A LOT of money on these orders, BUT was very happy & excited to show my appreciation and love to each of the recipients. Therefore, It was with great sadness and shock that instead of hearing wonderful praises about the beauty of their ISABEL'S FLOWERS flower arrangements, I instead received sad, hesitant voice-filled calls letting me know that there was something wrong! They all told me the same thing: The flower arrangements from ISABEL'S FLOWERS were SPARSE, MOST OF THE FLOWERS were fully OPENED, WILTED, and lasted LESS than 2 days! The FTD/ guarantee is supposed to be THAT THE FLOWERS WILL LAST FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS! I wanted an immediate solution. NO SUCH THING! I called ISABEL'S FLOWERS and calmly talked about the problems with everyone deliveries. But NO ONE AT ISABEL'S FLOWERS wanted to HELP, OR TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! That made it easy for them to refuse to replace the flowers, and ISABEL'S FLOWERS wouldn't give us a refund, either. They STUMBLED ALL OVER THEMSELVES, SPURTING OUT ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES BEING DEFENSIVE, and all but ACCUSING THE RECIPIENTS of LYING!!! The people at ISABEL'S FLOWERS have no pride whatsoever in what they are supposed to be doing. They CARE NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE NAME 'FLORIST' should NOT BE ATTACHED TO THEIR BUSINESS NAME! The People at ISABEL'S FLOWERS ARE NOT FLORISTS! MONEY LOST, HUGE LESSON LEARNED!!!! I will keep telling everyone all over Florida and the U.S. how TERRIBLE & USELESS ISABEL'S (so-called) FLOWERS Business IS!

Isabel just did the flowers for my wedding. Not only did they turn out better than I could have imagined, he went above and beyond the call of duty to get them absolutely perfect. He is a perfectionist and will spend however long it takes making sure your flowers look amazing. I stopped by on two separate planning visits when he was in the middle of getting ready for a wedding and was so impressed with his work. I highly recommend him for bouquets, boutonnieres, and general floral arrangements!
