For the previous commenter, I suggest directing your complaint to your CHEAP HOSTS, not the catering company. The caterer isn't obligated to provide more food and drink than the hosts pay for!
I worked with Sandy and she was wonderful from start to finish. Helped me plan in a VERY short time period (3 weeks), was ALWAYS available for me to talk to, and even politely intervened when my in-laws tried to bring booze into my strictly dry wedding. The food was FABULOUS, top notch - even two years after my wedding, our guests talk about how great it was. Absolutely 100% recommended!

Good catering if you like rude people that roll their eyes. My family apparently offended the waitress by asking for more bread for the table at a wedding. Was told only one basket of bread per table. Wasn't enough for all seated. Very cheap. Water only served. I thought we were on candid camera.

A friend of mine used them for her wedding and my mom's work used them for a fundraiser. The food is delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food was definitely top notch!
