Sal's offers really good Italian food at reasonable prices. They have a large set of lunch specials, some under $5, the rest under $10 - but all are very good. The worst wait time I've seen is about 15-20 minutes, but as long as you get there before noon, there's usually not a problem. Dinner time is much more relaxed.
