I travel back and forth between the west coast and here.
I am used to super customer service at my salon in L>A>
However i was told this salon would be comparable. Twice my hairdresser was late 20 min. He didn't even apologize. I needed to do color so I came in 10 min. early but of course he didn't show. After i went up to the front twice to tell them i needed to tell joell what my formula was i was told to just have a sit and that he would be here. After waiting 35 min sitting like an idiot
a kind new stylist who had previously washed my hair that was a great hair wash with a massage, went to check on what was going on and took me on to start the color. I was nervous at first being that I didn't know
that he could do my color to my liking, but I was lucky that he did a great job with a lot of passion in his care of trying to cheer me up and feel secure about the job he was doing. I asked to speak to the manager His name was(george),
and told him what happened and that i felt that for a reputable salon the whole situation was very unprofessional. I felt that i was just thrown to whomever and at the front they never even gave me a heads up with what was going on. Not even an apology from the bleached headed woman with the crazy look who controls the front. All i got back was "yes I'm aware and he has reprimands from before. If there's anything I can do let me know" I told him that hairdresser represents the salon horribly and that this is ridiculous because it seems obvious that his so called reprimand's do nothing because the guy just waltzes in non gallantly. I saw him start on some poor woman's hair color and she sat there for 30 min alone without him even coming by to check. As i was leaving the salon Joell sees me and tries to approach me with a big hello as if he didn't do anything wrong and i just walked past and ignore the fool because that is what he is. A rude inconsiderate
wanna be hairdresser with no professional skills! His blow drying was so so but that is what the front recommended. Its obvious why this guy is always available anytime i called or changed an app because he doesn't keep clients! The very young but talented
guy's name is Douglas. He is way to good for that salon! (My hair dresser in L>A> works with a lot of famous stars etc.) This salon gets a 0

After waiting twenty minutes past my appointment time, I was sent to the back with an attitude that would reflect the customer being an inconvenience. While their staff's painted on smiles reflect a welcoming environment, this salon is far from it! My hair stylist initially listened to the basic look I was going for and then did exactly the opposite. This salon screams 'we know what's better for you' completely disregarded the customers wishes, and having done just cut and color, I left having spent more than I was told from the start. The rigidity of their metal/ cement floor is compatible with the stubborn hairdressers, making this salon an expensive mistake. If you're looking to feel like an inconvenience and leave with a less than respectable haircut (all while paying inflated prices)- This is the place to go.

With my busy schedule traveling, I tried to make it when I can. I can be any happier with my haircuts, color, nails, and the Christmas decoration look amazing, "congrats"! Is a shame that the salon looks a little dirty, specially the back area of the salon.

I have been to this Beauty Salon 3 times! The first time I went was for a haircut in Oct2006( the girl who cut my hair was excellent)!
Thesecond time I came here was in Nov for my test try hair and makeup for my wedding and it was great I liked it!
The third time I came here was for my wedding- even though the guy who did my hair for the test try was out sick that day, the salon accomodated me with another stylist who was great I showed him a pic of my test try and he got as close as possible top it, well it turned out to be that I enede up like my hair do better on the actual day of wedding and the girl who did my makeup that day as well for my wedding Dec 16, 2006 was great. My 3 times there have been a great experience! Yes a little pricey but sometimes its good just to treat yourself without thinking too much of the price! Thank you guys for the great job on my wedding day!

The infrastucture of the salon is nice, but the prices are high (they charged me $350 for a cut and color, even though they told me when I walked in that it would cost $150--the old bait-and-switch routine), and the talen of their staff leaves a lot to be desired. A person named Livan cut my hair and two weeks later my hair is full of split ends and impossible to manage. I think a beauty school student could have done better.

PROS: nice infrastructure
CONS: crooked pricing/bad hair cuts

the best thing i like about this place is that the staff is very very very friendly. They will never give u a chance to complain. In case something goes wrong, they make it free. Like when I went for a spa and I had to wait for longer than the estimate dtime they gave me, so when they saw taht i was alittle upset, then they gave me the spa service free for that day.

Very proffessional staff,nice overall place ,the location is very centric(Miracle mile) ,which permits custumers to use the multiple story parking,it is overall a very classy place and would recommmend it to anyone.The prices are resaonable and the size of the location is appropiatte.Loved the overall atmosphere plus the colorful surrounding locations and bussinesses.Miracle Mile also offer bifg exercise clubs like Scandinavian that is close to this place..

I have been going there for several years and I love this beauty salon. I get everything done there. They are a little expensive but you won't regret it.
