You have warm up excercises that get the blood flowing and then have your lesson. The teach disipline and respect.

Yung Ho Tae Kwon Do has a wonderful program for children, they are fair and supportive and teach the children self control and discipline. They have reasonable rates too. There is plenty of parking.

Yung Ho Tae Kwon Do School offers an after school Tae Kwon Do Program. They teach children how to respect our nation, teachers, parents, and community. This is great physical exercise as well as a way to teach discipline and respect. If you are looking for a Tae Kwon Do class, and need an afterschool program, this may be just what you need. It is a great class.
