Doc Walsh and her staff go above and beyond the call of duty. They treat you like family. I have had other so called doctors almost kill me and Doc Walsh helped save my life. She has been my doctor for 6yrs now. I would not trust any one but her. So to you so called people who put her down, you can go to another doctor who may just kill you because they don't care about the patient only the money. Doc Walsh truly cares about her patients. She has helped me stop smoking. Found and fixed problems that other doctors over looked. So to the staff and Doc Walsh, You are the most wonderful group of people I know. Thank you for always caring and helping me through everything over the years. May God bless each of you now and always.

In the year and a half I've been there I believe the staff change is much better but I don't think I've waited less than an hour to actually see Dr. Lewerenz-Walsh. I feel like when you make an appt. you should be seen somewhere around that time. I also experience that if don't call weeks in advance for an appt. to fill my script which takes 5 minutes I won't be able to get booked bc its too busy. I think Dr. Lewerenz-Walsh is a great Dr. that is very easy going but the inconvenience to me outweighs that.

Good day, Debbie could not be any more wrong if she tried. I have seen many changes at Family Doctors. All of them positive. They have a new staff, one that cares about patients and the Doctor. I over heard a patient just to other day during a visit say that after a year of trying to resolve an issue with the old office manager the new staff resolved it and her billing was straight. Its a matter of patience and caring. I have also seen patients stomp away because they have a past bill and would not be seen (provided the issue was not an emergency) unless they paid the bill. You would not consider bringing your car to the dealership to get fixed and not pay for it or go to the grocer and not pay so why do people expect to see their doctor and not have to pay? Of course there are always extenuating circumstances that are addressed at the time with the Doctor. People are simply used to getting away with doing things the way the "OLD incompetent" staff did it and do not like having to change. I for one applaud Dr Lewerenz-Walsh for the changes she has made and her dedication to her patients. instead of smearing the doctor Ms Debbie should get off her butt and get the problem resolved if you are not part of the solution you are the problem!

Although, Dr. Audry Lewerenz-Walsh is a very caring doctor and makes you feel completely at ease. I was brought into the office and had to pay to get semi-normal test results! That infuriated me but since I did like the doctor I continued to go to her office. On a later visit, I was told I would receive an "office" credit for an over-billing on an office visit and a procedure (that wasn't done, hence the credit). But then a month later after they were informed I no longer wanted to be a patient and would like a refund, they informed me that I was billed the correct amount and am not eligible for a refund! Also, at the time of the visit I told them I was in need of a coded receipt, which they could not produce, and I am still awaiting a copy. My insurance requires this to reimburse me and uses the receipt to determine the amount of reimbursement. Dr. Lewerenz-Walsh please employ a competent staff so that people like me can continue to go to a doctor, such as yourself, that we like and still feel like we are being billed fairly and accurately. I feel like all you care about is money now and not me! By the way, in all due fairness, the billing department told me that the doctor was the one who codes the bills and they have to bill accordingly. So my earlier statement about the doctor only caring about money, I feel is accurate. It is a pity.

I have been a previous patient and came back to the practice Dr. Lewrenez-Walsh cares about her patients and treats them like "family". The entire office has been changed for the good ALL new staff more efficient less wait time. Nice to see the improvements!
