I broke my titanium eyeglasses while on vacation in the Daytona Beach area. I called several local jewelers to inquire about repair and was told the glasses would have to be sent off for repairs. I was very happy when I reached Bill at Granada Jeweler, in Ormond Beach, and he said it was no problem to repair my frames and he could do it that afternoon. It took him less than one hour to repair my titanium frames. He explained that he has a new laser unit is the only way to successfully repair these frames. It saved my vacation.

I take all of my jewelry to Granada Jewelers for repair. They always do a superb job at a fair price. The turnaround is very quick too. I always have to look at all the pretty, shiney things while I'm in the store too.

Beware of going to this store to have your jewelry fixed or worked on! Their jeweler is apparently only there on certain days, but the owner of the store works on the jewelry without telling you he is not a jeweler, which is what happened to me. I went in simply because the princess cut diamond in my three month old engagement ring was a little bit loose. It came back to me with the diamond very visibly crooked in the setting and the once very sharp square prongs rounded on the corners and very unsymmetrical. They just looked like they had been smashed. The prongs look terrible! It was closing time so I left and called two minutes later on the way home and told him my disappointment and that I would be back in the morning for him to fix it. When I brought the ring back and pointed out these details, he implied that was maybe how I had brought the ring in in the first place and asked me to return in several days when his jeweler was there!! Why wasn't a jeweler working on my ring in the first place!?!
He did round out the bottom of the band that had become kind of flat (because it is platinum and therefore malleable) but he said doubted the amount of platinum actually in my ring because it was bent. (Its 95% platinum, the most that it could be!)
I ate the $20 that I had paid and went to another jeweler who made a very valiant effort to fix the prongs. Although now the stone is set correctly and the prongs look better, the new jeweler still recommended a new head($200!) because the setting has been weakened now.
Recommend take a picture of your jewelry in sight of anyone you hand your jewelry to so that you can prove that they are the ones that did any damage!
The only reason this store is receiving any more than zero stars (if I could) is because of the sales employees. They were very polite and accommodating. However, I will not be returning to this store due to the damage done to my most precious piece of jewelry with no apparent care taken with it.
