Nice restaurant. I wish they would understand that the customer is always right. My spouse did not like her chop.
A tad fatty. They would not exchange the dinner and would have charged us for 2 dinners if she ordered any other dinner.
Too bad Fulvio's is a very nice restaurant but abit too frugal.
My pasta was great.

Very nice restaurant. Pricey, but worth it. I wouldn't recommend bringing children. The food is very good with a nice selection to choose from.

Had dinner with my wife there and had an excellent meal with top notch and attentive service. The decor is very upscale, flickering electric candles on the tables, low lighting, comfy booths and large french doors overlooking downtown Hollywood. They have at least two or three special appetizers, and another several entree specials - plus a decent size menu with something for everyone (everyone who likes upscale cooking, that is). We started with the mushroom risotto, actually a side dish, which we had as an appetizer - it was delicious, creamy without being overly so, and the mushrooms were fresh and tender. My only small thought would be for them to have freshly, thickly grated Parmesan, off the cheese block, instead of the ground "powdered" form most places serve. We also had the beef carpaccio, which was thinly sliced and totally fresh. Delicious! For dinner, we had the special - a pounded, veal cutlet, breaded, with roasted peppers, sauteed onions and tomatoes - as well as sauteed spinach - on top. It was not oily in the least; tender, crisp on the outside, with the roasted/sauteed vegetables that melted perfectly into the dish. We also shared the eggplant appetizer, a stacked eggplant with cheese. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the service was quick and knowledgeable.

Located in quaint downtown Hollywood, Florida, this little gem of a restaurant is worth the drive from Miami or Boca. The calamari is a pleasant deviation from the fried variety. Instead it is lightly breaded and then sauteed with peppers and onions in a savory tomato sauce. Veal Chop Pizzaiolo is to die for, succulent and spicy. Snapper Francese is the best I've ever tasted. If it's not on the menu, ask Junior (Fulvio Jr.) and he will make it for you. Cheesecake is house made and served with fresh berries. Nothing plain about this dessert. Strawberry panna cotta with cracked pepper makes a nice ending to any meal. New to the menu is the cheese plate. Let them pick it out for you and ask for Mama Carmen's fig marmalade. The wine list rivals any in Florida or New York. Fulvio has some gems hidden in the room upstairs that he might let go of for a price. Bon appetit!

Pros: Great food, great atmosphere, great people

Cons: Let them know if you're in a hurry, sometimes it gets really busy

A friendly family-owned restaurant which combines consistently excellent food with warm intimate ambience. You will be greeted at the door by Mom, Carmen who will know your name after your second visit. Behind the stoves is a crew of young men led by Fulvio Jr., a Johnson and Wales graduate. And pulling everything together is Dad, Fulvio. Don't miss the giant veal chops, house special chicken ball stuffed with zucchini, spinach and ricotta cheese, homemade butternut squash ravioli, snapper steamed in parchment paper, changing nightly specials and Fulvio's homemade desserts, especially his gelate.
