To Whom it May Concern:


Today my kids and I was turned away from getting our car washed. The young man with the tattoo of 666 said they do not take groupons after 3pm and in the groupon it says that. I asked so if I pay for the service would you take me and he said yes. He said he needs room for paying customers. Well when I talked to the owner on the phone she said they also don't take groupons after 3pm and it says that on groupon and she also stated that they were too busy to take me. but yet there were 5 employees hanging out in the hallway and one young man working vacuuming a car. There were no cars on line. Only two cars going through wash. Well when I got home I looked at the groupon and it stated you only need to make appointment before 3pm if you add the wax service which I did not add. I'm still unclear why me and my kids were turned away, they weren't busy and i already paid for a car wash. I have had my car washed there since 1994 and never had complained . Hell i even worked there back in 1995 and always loved blue springs and send everyone over there when they ask about a good car wash. Ive never felt so embarrassed or humiliated in my life.Its a shame you guys lost a good customer and I will spread the word to everyone I know and on the internet. I also will be calling BBB, channel 13 news and groupon. I never believed in complaining. i was always the one to just walk away and give the benefit of the doubt but today was a experience I just cant walk away from. Especially when the owner didnt let me explain and hung up on me and my wife 3 times and didn't` resolve situation. She was just lost for words had no clue what the groupon said. She was totally unprofessional. By the way when talking to an employee and you have customer on the phone its best if you make sure you press mute.

As with the previous reviews, service here is not consistent:
1. The wait for completion of the job is longer than it should be. Cars do not go through the wash one after the other - probably because there are too few people drying and detailing at the finish line. The interval between vehicles in the wash cycle can be as long as ten minutes.
2. When the number of vehicles increases to two waiting lines, cars are not always washed in the order they arrive.
3. The last time I was there, the inside was not cleaned well - dust still visible on the dash and console; mats still had grime - even though I paid for this service... and nothing was real dirty to begin with. Streaks on the windows and mirrors.
4. All this to say that the service rendered is not consistent - sometimes it's good and other times not. Quality control is lacking.

Great Car Wash for a great price. The manager was very nice and helped me bring my car to show room ready. It look a little long, but it was worth it. My car looked brand new. I will def. be returning to this establishment. They even have a customer rewards program, which I joined. They just redid all the inside and out and now I have no problem waiting for my car to get waxed.

Great Car Wash for a great price. The manager was very nice and helped me bring my car to show room ready. It look a little long, but it was worth it. My car looked brand new. Big problem when 3 small holes were put in my drivers seat (weren't there when I handed the keys to them!). Most likely an accident but they (worker & manager) denied several times they could have even possibly done it. I hope the young male who claimed he didn't have anything in his pocket (but removed a long metal object [possibly tire gauge w/ side clip?] when he went to get his manager) can sleep now knowing he lied. From where my car was pulled around to be washed and/or pulled up to dry, my seat mysteriously was damaged. Funny thing, I wouldn't have given them a bad review if they would just have understood customer service. Holes in my seat are noticeable & they were NOT there when I handed over my keys.

This business offered its top three full service washes through groupon for the price of one last week. Even though I typically use the local do-it-yourself wash right down the road from them, I decided to give Blue Spring Auto Wash a try. I didn't think I would like it that much, but it turned out to be a great deal. I hate to admit it, but they did a better job than I have in the past. The people at Blue Spring Auto Wash are really nice and the detailers really knows their stuff. My mom's car is old and the paint is faded. They spent all day working on it and gave it a great looking shine. They were extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to make us happy. Thanks. :-)

Blue Springs Auto Wash is run by a smooth talker who will take your money and not do the work promised or not do it to the level it should be done. I was there recently for a Deluxe Interior Detail ($59.95). When I arrived Milton C. who calls himself the assistant manager talked me into an additional Paint Restoration service (High speed buffing - $99.00) because my car looked "chalky". He was able to do this because he sprayed something on a small patch of the fender and shined it until it shined like a brand new car. He guaranteed that the whole car would shine like that when they were done with it. When I came to pick my car up, upon inspection, it was still "chalky". I could even see the small patch that the ass. man. had shined when he sold me the service. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the fact that I felt ripped off. The ass. man. would not refund any portion of my $150.00 payment and only offered to rebuff the car if I left it with them for 2 days! 2 days!! Was he crazy? No, I waited while his employee rewaxed and rebuffed my car. Let me tell you, it was NOT high speed buffing! The car was still "chalky" and in general unacceptable even after this. Also, the service came with an Ultimate wash ($25.00) of the exterior of the car. The car still had bugs on the front grill. When I showed them to the ass. man. he tried to give me a line of crap about how if you leave bugs on the car for too long they become part of the paint. I refused to listen the that crap and miraculously he and his employee were able to wipe them off with a windex bottle and a sponge! Oh, and I almost forgot - they took all the change in my center console!! Thankfully I had removed all my things from the car before I dropped it off. This place is not even good enough for just a simple wash. If you are still crazy enough to take your car to these people than buyer beware! You cannot even trust them with a couple of nickels, dimes, and quarters!!

Just moved to Florida, went to Blue Spring Auto Wash was greeted by a very congenial greeter. Everyone that worked there seemed to be very friendly. Their work was first rate. The was was first rate. When they called me to my car one of the employees walked me to my car and asked me to check it over to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I wash gave very good value for the money. The employees did not seem to be shy about going the extra step to satisfy the customer. While waiting talked to a young man who said he was the manager, very polite and very helpful. After watching their detail department I plan on getting my car detailed out when the time comes. Great Wash, Great Customer service. Friendly employees

Took my truck in that was covered with hard water spots from the sprinkler system where I work. The manager was extremely courteous explained to me what would be involved and how much it would be and that they would need the car for a couple of hours. I told them to go ahead when I picked up the truck I was asked to go over the truck and make sure I was satisfied with the wash and wax. To my surprise it was the best job that I have ever had done on my truck, not only did they get all the hard water spots off my paint but they also used a high speed buffer and took out some scratches for no charge. They will have my business from now on. They did a great job, I will try to stay away from sprinklers from now on.

I have a show truck and I usually have it detailed at another car wash. However, a few weeks ago I was unable to obtain an appointment at the place I regularly take my truck. I took my truck to Blue Spring for the first time and they did an amazing job and at half the price I typically pay. My wife brought her car in for an express wax and they did an excellent job.
