I rented from FlaRent for 3 years. Their staff is so helpful and gives great service even on the weekend! We ended up purchasing our rental and if we ever move you bet FlaRent is going to manage our property!

While all property management companies are out to make money, FLA Rent does so at the expense of clients. Money was removed from security deposit despite following all requirements in lease, and they even lied about the details. They have several BBB complaints and they get away with ripping people off because the dispute process for renters is extremely difficult. Avoid their poor business practices and rent from a quality company.

We are governed by state law. In the tenant lease there is full disclosure of where their security will be placed and the state mandated requirements for the return of their security. Violation of a state statue is a very serious action therefore we maintain strict procedures to see that such an incident involving any wrong doing does not happen. The complainant that wrote this review brought no grounds only an incorrect accusation. FlaRent Inc does not financially or in any other form benefit from a tenants lost of part or whole their security deposit. We expect a disgruntled attitude from some tenants or owners as this is human nature. If a tenant or owner does not like the outcome of a situation no matter whom is at fault they may see the other side as the bad guy. Our company is professional and acts with integrity we understand we will not please every person all the time but we donβ??t stop trying to.
