Great dealership if you are looking for Kia. Good inventory and no pressure environment. I bought my last two cars from them.

I found myself at this dealership today, sitting at a desk by myself for over an hour while waiting for the sales associate to update me after a second round of haggling. Two male sales associates were sitting at a desk next to me, openly joking about their genitalia. When Jerry, my designated sales associate, returned with a payment that was not to my liking, he became rude and dismissive. I have never before seen such unprofessionalism.

Purchased a 2011 Optima from Kia of Orange Park last week and love the way this car looks and drive. I did most of the work on line prior to my visit and they had the car that I wanted detailed and ready for delivery. The paper work and finance went smooth and quickly and they called me couple of days later to make sure that everything was OK and I was still happy with my purchase.

I definitely recommend this dealership and will continue going back to them for services and consider them for my future vehicle purchases.

Not just Kia of OP but Kia Motors in general... my 2004 Kia Amanti was found to need a transmission a few weeks ago ... should have been under the 100,000 mile warranty. What a FARCE ! I have receipts for all the work that has ever been done on this vehicle; however, because the receipts were not EXPLICIT enough, my claim was denied by Kia Southeast Regional ... DO NOT BUY A KIA .. THE WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS .....Kia of OP is one of the Worst dealerships around.

Too bad I didn't check around at other dealers before I bought a vehicle at Kia of O.P. in Sept. 2010. Asked for several items since I was purchasing a 2009 car. Was told by salesman he would 'check' into getting these items. Never called me so I called about 2 weeks later and again was told by same saesman he'd 'check' into it. Now 2 monthls later I drove there to speak to salesman in person. He began to 'back-peddle' on things he had previously told me. I asked to speak to manager. Manager was not helpful either until I continued to insist I wanted what I was told I would get. After some time and arguments, manager relented and gave me 2 items, but had a very poor attitude as did the salesman. If you buy a vehicle there, don't count on getting SERVICE after the SALE - all they care about is getting your money, NOT making the Customer Happy.

On 10/8/2010, I bought a pre-owned car from Kia of Orange Park. I found a 2009 Toyota Corolla that I liked on their used lot and decided to purchase it. We finished all financing paper work and I traded in my 2001 Dodge intrepid, which I owed a little over 1,000 on. We agreed on 500.00 for my trade in and that they would pay off my car, while adding the remaining balance to the new car. On 10/23/2010, I received a Notice of Default on the car that I have traded in. The dealership failed to pay off in the 2001 dodge intrepid in a timely manner.

Though that problem has since been resolved, and the account has been paid in full, I am still having a problem with the management and sales team. When I purchased the car and received the key, it was missing the keyless entry key fob. The sales associate Jerry said one would be ordered for me because after all it was listed as one of the features of the car and the price of the car included that option. Now, here it is, 3 weeks later and I have no update on the status of this. I have spoken with Ed, whose the sales manager, Joe, who is another sales associate, and they refuse to tell me if the part has even been ordered yet. I called a local Toyota dealership for a quote for the keyless entry fob and was told it would be roughly 300 dollars, plus tax.

On 10/22/2010, I went to the dealership in person to try to get some answers. No one helped me and as of today, no one has called me back. I have called several times EVERYDAY since then and I am either put on hold for 30+ minutes or I am told that "the sales manager is not available", or he is not there & I have left several messages.

I feel as if that since my new vehicle has been financed and the deal is done, Kia of Orange Park has left me high and dry because they have received their money, so they really don't care about how my credit has been effected because their finance department took over 10 days to pay off my trade in and that they will not get me a part that they promised, that really should have been included in my buy in the first place. I am extremely frustrated because I am aworking middle class citizen that simply can't afford to just go out and pay for this 300+ dollar part because they failed to give me what was promised.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!

Went to them several years ago. We were looking for a mini van. They were not selling any at that time. Several months later they started to sell them and they called us but we had already got one. If they do that then they are willing to help you.
