Bought $6K door from these folks. First door was hung incorrectly (doesn't seal right). Later hired person to strip and reseal, and discovered they didn't use proper number of tap-cons, explaining door seal issue. Also learned they used 1/4" glass with mylar in between, not the impact glass they sold me. Learned my lesson...will never do business with these people again.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with! The quality of work is as unprofession as I have ever seen. I purchased front doors to my home from them and they were installed incorrectly, so I had to hire a different company to reinstall them properly. Some of the parts of the door were cracked and the door handle was misaligned and I was told that someone else must have damaged it and they would do nothing to fix it. If you can ever receive a call back, you will be confronted with the worst customer service imaginable. Please realize that you get what you pay for and don't use this company.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with! The quality of work is as unprofession as I have ever seen. I purchased front doors to my home from them and they were installed incorrectly, so I had to hire a different company to reinstall them properly. Some of the parts of the door were cracked and the door handle was misaligned and I was told that someone else must have damaged it and they would do nothing to fix it. If you can ever receive a call back, you will be confronted with the worst customer service imaginable. Please realize that you get what you pay for and don't use this company.

Bad cust. service w/ an attitude. Company Disposition: Customer is always wrong. Horrible customer service. I'm not surprised to read 2 other bad reviews below.
1) Promised installation 2 wks from day of purchase. Took 5 wks & had to call them constantly.
2) Sent 1 installer (65+ yrs. old) to install a door 150+lbs. Luckily my husband was home to help the old man.
3) Company didn't come to make prior measurements. The frame had to be widen in order to fit the new frame & door.
4) No warning of construction dust all over the house. When I complained of not being warned to place blankets to cover my stuff, the owner's wife said that I had no common sense. The installer confirmed that usually the job DOES NOT involve a cloud of disintegrated wall all over the house. I had the AC on!!! A courtesy warning is not too much to ask for!
5) I called to talk 2 owner & they said he would be @ my house @11am. At 12:30pm, no owner, I called again & lady said owner wasn't coming.
6) The owner's wife came to drop off a missing part and I caught her before leaving. She introduced herself as a sales person for the company. She excused the company's poor communication w/ me due to understaffing & being busy helping other customers. My reply to that, 'you are lucky to have other customers to attend to while you ignore me a 'PAYING CUSTOMER'.
7) The door was installed to open on the opposite side!!! What were we supposed to do??? Wait another 6 weeks for another frame and door?
8) I asked company 2 pay $60 for house cleaning of the mess the installer made & the owner's wife said I was being impatient. How could I, I accepted the installer's error, bad communication, rudeness, & bad service? The company paid us the $60 to clean the house but deducted it from the installer's pay!!! The installer worked non-stop 8am - 7:30pm!
9) Still missing a part from the knocker!
Save yourself the aggrevation & nightmare of our 1st and last door w/ this company. . .

Beautiful doors, sidelights.
Installation would be better done by a 10 year old kid. never calls back, bad bad bad service, don't care. the worst i have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst record for completing a job I have ever experienced. Contracted cabinet wk 7-05 and we're still waiting for completion. Don't show up and never contact you. Terrible business practices, totally unreliable.
