Avoid this place... like the plague. It's a snake-pit. Seriously.\r\n\r\nI don't know why, but the employees in this store are some of the most hateful, conceited, vicious lot you'll ever see in any place of business. The store operates more like some catty nightmare caricature of some snotty place in France, than America.\r\n\r\nThe employees are all pretentious hipster wanna-be's, and the only customers they treat with any respect are neurotic, overly-ambitious reptiles like themselves... you know, the cut-throat metrosexuals and the lot like that. \r\n\r\nAnd what's more, the store manager and regional manager are even worse. They know how awful their employees are, but they have this sick ""pack"" mentality about protecting their little ""family"" of snarky thugs, against ""trouble-making"" customers who naively think it's safe to register a complaint against them.\r\n\r\nAvoid this place. Seriously. Like the plague.

Being the bargain hunter that I am, I love this store. They always have a well-stocked clearance section. Of course they have great prices on Best Sellers too. I love that you can sit and read a few pages, to see if you like it before you buy it.

PROS: wide selection
CONS:

I like to go to this store because it reminds me of my favorite B&N of all in Kansas City, MO. That store is a multi-story enterprise that has the look and feel of an old library. The Orlando store has the same atmosphere. I never walk out empty-handed because the selection is so wonderful. I have sent many friends to this particular B&N to check out the bargain area, which is always well-stocked. Those same friends have also scored some great buys on clearance merchandise (leather portfolios, folders, etc.). The only downside to the store is that customers have a tendency to "camp out" for long periods of time in the limited seating areas. Oh well, it's no wonder. It's a great store!
