Canton Palace is an awesome Chinese restaurant to go to, whether for lunch or dinner. They provide a large variety of dim sum and dishes. The prices are affordable and the service is great. I definately recommend anyone to give this restaurant a try, especially when you're in the mood for Chinese food.
This is not a Corporate 'Canton' restaurant.
Palace is a family owned/operated rest. The owner is a young professional that started out as a server at another small chinese rest on Miller Drive many years ago. 90% of the patrons are Chinese American Families. I have toured the kitchen many times un anounced and it has to be the Cleanest place in all of Miami-Dade County.
I recommend starting off with the DimSum from the 1 page menu - you write down your selections with a pencil.
This Palace is a Big Thumbs Up!!!
Pros: Best DimSum - Cleanest Chinese Rest. in Miami
Cons: Too many Chinese customers! LOL
the food is not bad. i do recommend this place but just one things that will be the last and only time questing for it to be deliver. the guys was rude and he was so lazy to walk that he stated that next time i had to go pick up the food instead of him going threw all the trouble.
Pros: the fride rice and bbq ribs
Cons: delivery poor
WoW is all I can say.As soon as you walk into the door you are seated any where you like. The owners are very nice people they tell storys as you wait for your food wich are great. They have been in Homestead for about 20 years.Iam 20 years old and my mom and dad have been takeing me there so I know that this place is good and lets not forget no MSG wich is good for my heart :).Have fun when you are there and ask for CC she is the best.
Pros: the asia paintings
Cons: the lighting is not so great but it is good
This has to be by far the absolute worst Chinese restaurant in Miami. The place smells like a wet dog because the carpet is so old, probably been around since Andrew. The service... if you can call it that , is nothing short of horrendous. We had to ask our waitress for our drinks three time before she brought them over... of course she did not apologize. The food... ha... Holy Mother Of Chris. The cashews chicken I ordered had cashews drizzled on top like a ice cream sundae instead of cooked with the rest of the meal. The chicken tasted like week old leftovers and the pork rice had very little of anything except rice. Also the dish was supposed to be spicy, not only was it not spicy but it was as bland as can be. Oh and did I mention that half the table got their food 15 minutes before everyone else? So two of us were eating while the other two were staring at the wall. Honestly the best part of the meal was my canned coke which was cold, everything else was terrible, absolutely terrible. Two thumbs down... way down.
Pros: Seating was timely... but the place was empty.
Cons: Everything
Large variety of dim sum, quick service, and fresh taste, wasnt busy either! dim sum items average about 2-3 dollars
Great chinese food! Authentic and delicious food. Awesome dim sum! Service is good, prompt and helpful. My favorite in Miami.
