Every staff member we dealt with made our car buying experience pleasant and smooth. Jess, the receptionist, made sure we were taken care of. Tommy Shelly, our salesman, worked with us and answered all our questions. And Toni (Zamorano), the finance manager, made the worse part of the process very easy and painless...Thanks again!

Very poor customer service in the service department. Took my car their twice for the same issue and they charged me both time claiming it was different problems. They tried to claim that two different parts broke within a week causing the same problem. It was obvious that they were guessing on the first repair and guessed wrong. Service Manager Eric Slade would not even meet with us to discuss the issue. My recommendation is to avoid them for Service.

Brandon Ford advertised a used white Rousch Mustang for a fair price. I wanted a fair trade for my Jeep Wranger. The manager offered me half of the blue book value on my trade. I know, because I looked it up the night before. When I asked him to show me where he got his number he told me "he didn't have time". He doesn't have time to sell a car? for a fair price? Seems to me they try to cheat everyone who comes to their lot. I guess a few fall for it. Don't let it be YOU. I went across the street and was offered OVER DOUBLE on my trade right up front on a similar deal. When I was leaving (insulted and angry) he chased me down & asked me to come inside and look at the numbers. Luckily I refused & told him to learn from his mistakes. He tells me "I didn't make a mistake". I told him he did because I was going to buy the car if he offered a fair deal. Guess what. I ran a CarFax on the car and it was a manufacture buyback. A LEMON. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Brandon for can even find a leak on a tire if they tried. I went and had to buy 4new tires cause they switched my good ones came back with truck and showed me bald one? they switched my 300 dollars tire rims and lie to my face that they did not. The manager always seems not to have time for the customer problems why? His he involve? Maybe so?

They do have good celebrity autograph signing sessions (Jack Roush), but they have way to many sales people on the floor, buy it online and skip the chaos.
PROS: good vehicles
CONS: takes a long time

My husband and I weren't even out of our car and there was a salesman walking our way. After telling him what we were looking for and the price, he basiclly laughed in our face. That gave us a bad vibe about the place and we left. Only about 2 minutes of being there and they lost us as a customer. In the end we did find exactly what we were looking for the price we wanted at a different car lot.

We went to buy a Ford Explorer from this dealership after hearing that they were the best around. However when we got there our sales person was great... showed us the car talked the price everything was fine. When we met with the finance manager, he was insulting, totally changed the details of the price, and out and out lied to our faces. I would not reccomend this type of service to anyone.

I went into Brandon Ford as a 26yo ready to buy a car cash. I was not really treated that great and then when they finally noticed I was ready to buy asap - they started pressuring me. I knew what they wanted - they didn't have it. I wouldn't go back.
