I love how they serve everything in here. The whole experience is fast and in fact above average. I would love to go dine in here every day if I can. I still look forward to going back with more of my friends here.

I had plans to go there for quite sometime and I finally made it last week. I LOVED IT. I plan to go this week again. The restaurant looks nice.

As for food I ordered the fresh rolls (steamed shrimp with mint leaves and Rice noddles) it was definitely not a good idea as I hate the strong taste of mint leaves. My mouth was burning.

The spring rolls are awesome. I order lemon charboiled chicken with fried rice. It was really good.

My brother ordered shrimp with vegetables. Though he loved the shrimp he was utterly dissapointed as they only gave him 3 shrimps.

My sister didn't like the wings much. I didn't like them either.

This place is awesome. Small, clean, modest, so inexpensive and delicious, fresh food. I always start with the shrimp roll...large shrimp, carrots, lettuce and a mint leaf wrapped in transparent, sticky pastry-the mint really gives it something extra. Their fried rolls are also delicious-not like the greasy ones served at many Chinese places. The sampler appetizer platter is very good and a great way to try a little of everything - all very tasty and the dipping sauces just as pleasing.I usually get the pho noodle bowl and choose the meat combo for on top- a little pork, a beef skewer, or whatever you want.Their dessert is delisious as well - also had their hot tea and some other strangely-named tea that is served over ice that is yummy.Saigon Bay is the way to go!

I just ate at this restaurant . Astonishing with beatiful bamboo forest setting, private eating hut, authentic food, and pleasant music. I ordered fresh rolls for appetizer . Rolls was fresh, cripy and melted in my mouth with their dipping sauce, which was sparkle with some crushed peanut. My main course was chicken on skew serving with some rice noodles . Delicous !! My meal was completed with fried banana on flame and toped with coconut ice cream. The price was very affordable, my meal cost less than $ 20. Surely, I'll be back more often. Highly recommended.

I eat at Saigon Bay at least once a week, sometimes twice, usually with my best friend or boyfriend. We all love the food, the atmosphere and the staff. The prices are good, the food is delicious and the staff is quick and takes very good care of the customers without being obnoxious.

I personally love their Charbroiled Chicken with a Spring Roll (C7), the boba tea and Spring Rolls. They also offer a nice vegetarian menu for the other two I dine with regularly and they both enjoy it very much.

I definitely recommend this place as someone who eats there on a VERY regular basis.

I don't know if this is Vietnamese or American Vietnamese, but I know it's good. I've eaten at several Vietnamese restaraunts and have also had meals at Vietnamese American friends houses and I put this on par with the best of them. Favorites: Pho Ga, Imperial Rice Crepe, Shrimp on Sugar Cane, Beef Wrapped in Onion and of course the Fresh and Spring Rolls.

The staff is always friendly, service is fast, and all is reasonably priced. Very cozy inside. They also seem to keep making it nicer and nicer over time.
