We only lived at Berkshire for a short time, but they were decent. The apartments were reasonably priced and were a good size. The layout provided a nice living room and one and a half baths. The management was ok, not great. There was a laundry facility on the premises, a pool and tennis courts. If you are on a budget, Berkshire may be a good choice for you. However, if you can manage it, it may be worth your while to spend a bit more elsewhere.
